We spent 6 days in the Lodge. It is situated near the Kuala Penyu town in the small village named Tempurung. It is really located in the middle of nowhere with poor GSM coverage and almost unusable wifi connection. This can be perceived as a negative but for us it was a balm for the workstress-tired nerves. :) The food... More

Location - Five star and it will only took around 1 hour 45 minutes to reach there. Tempurung seaside lodge located at very isolated part of Kuala Penyu and it is really beach front lodge. I have full review at dapperandeve.com.

My friend and I stayed here mainly because their website shows so many activities and trips to do. When we got there, we asked for the activity book and found that only two were actually available, Palau Tiga (Survivor island) and Klias River Cruise (run by the same company). Brilliant. The weather was terible so we couldn't spend a lot... More

Stayed 2 nights at the king sized lodge. Basic unit wit fan. Room is quite cooling with the breeze from the beach. Bathroom has water heater. Water pressure is ok but water can't be heated up much eventhough the temperature knob is turned to max. But it's acceptable for us. During our stay, WIFI is not available. Mobile Phone line... I absolutely fell in love with this place for many reasons. After passing through the area, we even backtracked a little so we could stay here for another night. The staff here are incredible. We did a little excursion and arranged it with the lodge one day. After a bit of a mix up, we were not where we were... More

I have put average down because of the following however in some cases it was terrific so will start with good and work down to the not so impressed. We booked for 3 nights, a family room which was clean and big enough and we knew there wouldn't be air con but the climb up to to the room makes... More

Quaint and beautiful lodge constructed mostly from Wood with a Malay country feel to it. Staff were very courteous, attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful and serene Beach, and the romantic sunsets during our stay. Nice place to enjoy a long beach run or walk. Sea was a bit rough mostly so swimmers must exercise caution. Rooms were fairly... More
