Frankly said at first I wasn't that confidence to stay here as I've never been to any budget hotel. And plus we both girls but as we reached there, the staff warmly welcomed us. And the great thing is it is a strategic place where u can easily go to any shopping mall, bus stop and pasar malam to buy... More

The guest house was comfortable as its really near to the night market and a few restaurants around. But as it comes to the staff, they should learn how to talk to the guest. As actual sabahan and I am bringing guest from other state is quite disappointing. Should teach & train the staff in speaking skills.

Even though our room was facing the sea, we had noise until late in the night due to people meeting downstairs with loud music. It wasn't very clean and walls are really thin so I could hear our neighbours coughing.

Clean Room. Nearest to the Sinsurian Food court. There are night market behind the guest house. Easy access to the public transport and souvenirs shop just across the road. I will preferred this hotel for my next visit compare to others backpacker budget hotel around Kota Kinabalu. I really enjoy my 1 night stay at the guest house. Keep it... More

The front office staff was very helpful. All basic facilities were provided and the room was very clean. I had a very good sleep at this place. The Phillipines and wet market are just across the road. Restaurants/coffee shops are available everywhere. There was a night market at night at this place.

You need to climb 2 flights of stairs which are unclean, but on arrival at the check-in things improve. Staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are adequate with hot shower. Nice flate screen TV, but only one channel with English programs for a few hours each day - the rest of the time the programs are either in Malay or... More

This place is listed in agoda, booking.com etc. So it seems to be quite popular with budget travellers. I stayed for three nights in two different rooms. The first room was and rooms room which was spacious and clean. The second room was a family room which was only a little bigger than the double but looked a lot older... More
