Lovely room, but felt a bit like a cage without a balcony when the windows fogged over the amazing view. Central to the sea front market. Take note that breakfast is not included in the price. The kettle did not work, but was replaced as soon as we reported it.

I really enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. The rooms were good, clean, great views. The hotel is very well located in central KK. The Buffet Lunch was amazing, so much choice and such good quality I can highly recommend this Hotel, we will definetly stay here again.

Booked this property over others purely because of the Hyatt brand. it is not really upto Hyatt standards. Would classify this one as 3/4 star. This is a nice Hyatt. Typical Hyatt look/amenities. The rooms were laid out nice, they were modern and offered all the comforts of home. The hotel is located in a great area. We walked to a lot - local restaurants, bars, shopping centers and more!

The hotel locates in the city therefore got shopping malls, convenient shops, and traffic stations around. Room is spacious yet a bit old - the deco and facilities. But good thing's that you can enjoy the view of sunset given the hotel's facing to the sea. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The Hyatt was in a great location within walking distance to the local fish markets where we had dinner on two occasions.
