Not sure about the price we paid, looks like it is around 70 to 80 euros a night including breakfast. This is not a resort : the hotel is located in the city center and offer spacious rooms. If you are looking to spend one night in Kota Kinabalu, this is what you are looking for : we landed in... More

As much as I really DO want to give this hotel a positive review (as it does have a number of positives going for it), there really were too many negative aspects that we encountered in our very short stay. POSITIVES: * Great location. * Beds quite comfortable. * Buffet breakfast in top-level restaurant very good (however, little options for... More

Not our first time. Never disappoint us. Very good location and strategically located in the city. Walking distance to the waterfront, wet and craft markets; and eateries. Room was very comfortable and clean. Courteous and friendly staff. For the location and the comfort, this is a steal. Would never hesitate to come back.

Sea-view room is very nice with rotating arm chair and bathroom with partial glass walls n great view of course. Changed room to atrium view on last 3 days. It is comfy but it is just standard decor. Nothing stands out. Sink leaked badly but they rectify it immediately. Was ok for 1 dy but leaked again the next dy.... More

This hotel was totally awesome. the room, the ambience was very warm and welcoming. God i wish i was staying here forever! i stayed for 2 nights and had a very nice sea view from my room at the 10th floor. Just exactly as i wished, a total mind-blowing view of the sun setting. The breakfast was very nice and... More

The hotel was decent, staff are friendly, the room is comfy and location is superb. The seaview room is the best, quite pricey but somewhat felt it is worth it. The only complaint that I have is the breakfast buffet foods variety. May I suggest that as a part of the the tourism industry maybe the you should prepare more... More

This is a fairly basic hotel but with a great location with easy access for you to walk to many dining options and shops. There are a couple shopping areas within a few steps of the hotel as well as the waterfront with more eating options and shopping stalls to choose from. If you're looking for a massage, just head... It's a shame I only spend a night here for the convenience of attending a friends's wedding after a 21km marathon. The massage parlor is just next door which made it just nice for a good massage with no hanky panky. The room is spacious and clean with all basic amenities. Fast check in and check out routine and free... More

We stayed 1 night at the beginning of our tour and 2 more at the back end. It's a 3-star hotel and squarely deserves a 3-star but you can tell they are trying to do better. The rooms seem renovated recently and the breakfast place is decent. The direction of the room matters a lot. The room in our first... More
