Lovely lil hotel in central kk where everything is accessible. Taxi is just outside the main entrance. Just 5 minscwalk to the waterfront. And next to it is the new Oceanus Mall. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is huge and sheets are clean. Quick check in. Very helpful staff. Only thing negative I would say is the breakfast. Choices... More

Very central location at an affordable price. The bed was extremely firm and the safe didn't work but the room was spacious and bathroom was clean although a little old fashioned. We enjoyed our stay even though we were randomly charged for an extra towel that we didn't ask for at check out.

After your Bornean adventures, this is the place to relax and regroup. The rooms are clean and smart, the breakfast is diverse and very good (by local standards), the coffee sucks, but this is Borneo. We stay here after jungle work, leaving just long enough to buy fruit at one of the nearly shops and eat at the abundant restaurants.... More

So we picked this hotel as its price was reasonable and it's conveniently located. But the best part is that it's a very big room and just a standard level. But the dark wooden style decor is bit dated although there are reports that the hotel had been modernised recently. This has nice coffee or tea making facilities and even... More

I'm gonna make this a short review (but I doubt it will be short) Stayed for 4 nights here and it was a very pleasant experience. Room check-in was fast and uneventful. I had the atrium room type which at first I agree with most people that it will be better to upgrade to a room facing the sea (for... More

This hotel is pretty good although I had serious issues with the wifi at a time when I needed it most. The rooms are clean and modern. The included breakfast is quite nice with a great view. The location is also good. Overall, not bad, but I might look to stay somewhere else if I ever visit KK again.

Currently we are staying in the hotel and yes, we are happy that we chose to stay here. We booked this hotel at the very last minute, on the same day of the check in date after reviewing all the TA reviews & comments for hotels in KK. What I love most is the location of the hotel & their... More

My friend helped us book the hotel and we were told it was a 3 star hotel so there wasnt much expectations but when we opened the door, we were stunned cause the room is huge! You could hold a house party there and still have enough space. It was simple nice and spacious. It felt like a 4star or... More

One of the best hotel I stay so far. Standard room is very big.king size bed. Big red chair. Big and clean wash room. Close to the Filipina market and even the hotel is also in the mall. Breakfast is ok. Only the wireless wifi not stabil. Manage to get new password every 2 hour but still no connection. Will... More
