Although the lobby might not much once you enter your room you will change your impression. Very spacious. Bed comfortable. Bathroom also very spacious. All very clean. Good view of the ocean from the restaurant on the 11th floor. Close to stalls selling all varieties of cooked seafood. Ask for an ocean view room on the upper floors.

Location Right across from water front restaurants, 5 minute walk away from the fruit and vegetable market. But not so bear the newer fashion shopping malls. Rooms Spacious, but could be cleaner. Bathroom sink was choked, toilet bowl had stains on it. Bedsheets also had stains. Rooms with the bath tubs were a bit high and slippery. All in all... More

I stayed for 3 nights here. The room rate is already the limit my company has set. That's fine. The room was spacious, bed and pillows were comfy. Now the dinner/sahoor selections. I stayed during Ramadhan, the fasting month for the muslims. The food selections were really bad. One day the menus were all spicy, another day were just bland.... More

Stayed here for 5 nights in June 2015. The hotel is near the waterfront where you can find many restaurants and pubs, as well as a seafood restaurant place which I heard was good fun (you get to try some of the aboriginal stuff like blowpipes). We didn't go there though because we had seafood at another restaurant slightly out... More

Not sure about the price we paid, looks like it is around 70 to 80 euros a night including breakfast. This is not a resort : the hotel is located in the city center and offer spacious rooms. If you are looking to spend one night in Kota Kinabalu, this is what you are looking for : we landed in... More

As much as I really DO want to give this hotel a positive review (as it does have a number of positives going for it), there really were too many negative aspects that we encountered in our very short stay. POSITIVES: * Great location. * Beds quite comfortable. * Buffet breakfast in top-level restaurant very good (however, little options for... More

Not our first time. Never disappoint us. Very good location and strategically located in the city. Walking distance to the waterfront, wet and craft markets; and eateries. Room was very comfortable and clean. Courteous and friendly staff. For the location and the comfort, this is a steal. Would never hesitate to come back.

Sea-view room is very nice with rotating arm chair and bathroom with partial glass walls n great view of course. Changed room to atrium view on last 3 days. It is comfy but it is just standard decor. Nothing stands out. Sink leaked badly but they rectify it immediately. Was ok for 1 dy but leaked again the next dy.... More
