Located at Gaya street, it is near Sunday market. You may join the airport transportation at bus stop near the Hotel Sixty3. There are many local traditional foodcourt or restaurants around the hotel. You no need to worry about what you wanna eat. The room is clean and they apply free umbrellas for guests. So sweet. The only thing we... More

Very attractive hotel in KK. Quite close to the all main activity over the place in the down town, especially the Sunday Market at Jalan Gaya - in the walking distance. The other advantages was, the Sabah Tourism Office is very close - can be seen easily from the hotel lobby. Good value for money, clean, simple and nice. The... More

We stayed at another unfortunate hotel in Kota Kinabalu for way more money, and we later wished that we had stayed in this hotel the whole time. The room is very small but clean and we had great views of the city and the sea. It had among the best food we ate in Malaysia at their breakfast buffet. We... More

The hotel is what I consider as boutique hotel. In term of value for money (room spaciousness, furniture, services) I will give it a high mark. The room we get is a big family room with 2 queen beds and still ample space for the kids to go running around the room. And by the way why kids like to... More

Sixty3 was just a last second choice since we couldn't handle another night of wet clothes and freezing temperatures on Mt. Kinabalu. But as it turned out, this place is a lot nicer than it's exterior proclaims. True, we didn't really put it through it's paces since we only stayed one night, but the price is low, the check-in service... More

My best friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days. It is very accessible to almost anything--malls, restaurants, etc. The room we got was big, actually bigger than we thought. It has a safety deposit box, which is one of the important things I look for in a hotel. We had a problem with it at first though... More

We stayed here for 2 nights recently due to our plans changing and us needing a hotel at the last minute before we went onto our final hotel. We picked this hotel based on the good reviews and how cheap it was. This hotel is great value for money, we booked a suite which was massive and only cost us... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Sixty3 is a truly centrally located hotel in Kota Kinabalu city.It sits on the quaint, bustling, yet charming street of Jalan Gaya (formerly known as Bond Street during colonial times), with the State’s tourist information office right opposite the hotel. The street is flourishing with a myriad of restaurants, bistros and cafes, burgeoning with everything from lifestyle malls (Suria Sabah Mall, Wisma Merdeka) to local side-stalls, and being the city’s business high street, it is surrounded by financial institutions. Also famous for its colourful and vibrant Sunday market, it is evident that Jalan Gaya captures perfectly the essence of life in Kota Kinabalu and at Hotel Sixty3; all of this are just pulses away! ... more   less
