The hotel is very well situated, close to lots of restaurant and cafe for food (Highly recommend the food court just opposite the hotel, and ZenQ Desserts). The room is very clean spacious and bed is so comfortable that i sleep through the night and hardly had any jetlag. It also in the heart of the Gaya sunday market. I... More

Clean, convenient location. But if you have you own transport, parking is a issue. The hotel has blocked my room from entrance despite I have informed the receptionist earlier that I needed a late check out, which I am not hasty with it. Other than this it was a alright experience.

Great location - close to restaurants and to the Sunday market. Short walk to the night markets. Felt safe. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Well air-conditioned. Clean. Was a nice place to return to at the end of the day.

My friend and I stayed at this excellent hotel from 08/09 - 12/09/2014, and let me tell you this, I checked out with a heavy heart and wished I had more days here. Service was excellent from the start; we were allowed to leave our bags with the reception while my friend and I ventured out to explore the KK... More

We were happy with this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, the location was good. No doubt there are cheaper places to stay, but by Western standards it felt decent value.

Hotel is near the center city and has many restaurants nearby. Room is comfortable and neaty. Although breakfast is not serverd but consider the price it is acceptable. It is suitable for any type of vistors to Sabah.

I must say the room conditions has exceeded my expectation. The room was really really spacious with nice interior. The corridor within the rooms was designed in classic mood. Nice set up. The hotel staff was really accommodating and helpful. This hotel was located near to almost everything, walking distance to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah Mall, right opposite the Sabah... More

Pros: 1. Convenience location 2. Large and clean room 3. Good service 4. Free WiFi 5. Great TV system with a wide selection of TV channels Cons: 1. WiFI is slow 2. Due to flight re-schedule, I have to make separate booking for an additional night. The outcome is I have to do the check-in and payment procedures twice. 3.... More

The rooms are very spacious and well equiped for your needs. The bathroom is also large and tolitries are supplied, the shower is a waterfall style and is very nice, the room has a luxurious feel of which you would find in high end hotels. Our room was located on the first floor where there was a small lounge just... More

This hotel is located in a prime location next to plenty of good eateries and the Suria Sabah Mall. The only thing it isn't close to is the prime bars and nightclubs which are about a 15-20 minute walk away, but for many this will not be an issue. The rooms are massive and have the feel of many top... More
