I must say the room conditions has exceeded my expectation. The room was really really spacious with nice interior. The corridor within the rooms was designed in classic mood. Nice set up. The hotel staff was really accommodating and helpful. This hotel was located near to almost everything, walking distance to Jesselton Point, Suria Sabah Mall, right opposite the Sabah... More

Pros: 1. Convenience location 2. Large and clean room 3. Good service 4. Free WiFi 5. Great TV system with a wide selection of TV channels Cons: 1. WiFI is slow 2. Due to flight re-schedule, I have to make separate booking for an additional night. The outcome is I have to do the check-in and payment procedures twice. 3.... More

The rooms are very spacious and well equiped for your needs. The bathroom is also large and tolitries are supplied, the shower is a waterfall style and is very nice, the room has a luxurious feel of which you would find in high end hotels. Our room was located on the first floor where there was a small lounge just... More

This hotel is located in a prime location next to plenty of good eateries and the Suria Sabah Mall. The only thing it isn't close to is the prime bars and nightclubs which are about a 15-20 minute walk away, but for many this will not be an issue. The rooms are massive and have the feel of many top... More

Very comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, free internet, clean and quiet. Good value hotel, very close to all amenities, walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres, didn't need a car to get around. Highly recommend it.

Really loved this place - coming from the jungle the huge room and bed and the fantastic bathroom were a treat. The staff were great and happy to store our luggage for a few days. Everything was clean and crisp. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to mid-range travelers and flashpackers.

The room is clean and tidy. When we entered the room, we found that our television did not work, so we reported to them and the staff solved problem immediately. However, the bathroom had sound which is too noisy because of switching on the power. The location is convenient and easily to go anywhere.

Nice room and clean hotel. Reasonable price and fairly decent position within city. No breakfast and pretty poor cheap restaurants in local area unless you like weird Chinese food such as intestines and chicken feet. Love local Asian street food but KK was a real let down

Don't stay at this hotel if you want a decent night sleep. The hotel was overrun with a large chinese party who set off the smoke alarm in the night by smoking in the bedroom, running up and down the corridors shouting and the walls are paper thin so you it was very difficult to sleep with loud voices next...
