Amazing value for money! Great room, big bed, really comfy. Staff could not be more helpful - each one was delightful. Location is perfect. Close to ferries to the islands, shopping, food, tourist info and Sunday market. Standard room is great. Got upgraded to an executive room on our second stay and it was brilliant. Lounge area, spa bath, microwave... More

My boyfriend and I stayed two nights at this hotel and did some tours in the KK area. We got a big room with spacious bathroom. Wifi was free of charge but the speed was slow. There is no restaurant in the hotel so also no breakfast. But there is a bakery and a 7Eleven next to the hotel. The... More

The hotel is very nice. The room was very comfortable. The location is great and the price for the room is very reasonable. It is walkable distance to Jesselton Point and also to nearby restaurants and banks. There are a lot of historic photos and also the architecture is very nice. I think it used to be a old museum... Dear Fiana S, Thank you very much for taking time out to review us. We are pleased to know that you had a wonderful stay and found the photos throughout the hotel and its' architecture interesting! An interesting fact - some floors of the building used to be occupied by the state museum office many years ago! We appreciate your... More

We only stayed one night at this hotel but totally enjoyed our stay. Although we were on the low floor without any view, the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is very good, easy to get everywhere in town. Lots of dining choices in the neighborhood and 5 minutes' walk to the seaside.

We booked 3N executive Deluxe and got free upgrade to Executive King. We stayed 1N at Executive Deluxe as returning guest. Both rooms were okay. Along the street, opposite there is Fook Yuen Coffee Shop (Kaya and Butter Toast with Ice Coffee is good), walk on the right street there is a Yu Kee Bah Kut Teh worth a try... More

Good location as it is located at Gaya street. Many cafes, restaurants, shops that are selling sourvenirs and Suria Sabah Shopping Mall is just nearby. Room is spacious and clean, free wifi provided although the speed is not that fast. Bathroom with rain shower is a plus especially for me after the Mount Kinabalu hike. Air conditioner seems like a... More
