The hotel is abit old compared to its new appearance on the outside, the family room that I got is spacious, and kids can run around. Consist of living room and bedroom. Abit dirty though. Have to go down to lobby to use internet, breakfast is limited and basic.

At just Rm25 / £5.00 more than a backpackers, great value inclusive of basic breakfast.arrived for 2 days after staying at Tang Dynasty Plaza wich was awful in comparison. Ended up staying a week. All KK hotels seem to lack maintenance, this place was clean, tidy, bathroom fine, air con, fridge, quiet room 3rd floor overlooking golf course.staff very helpful.... More

I arrived late at night and left for an early flight at 5am so only really saw my room at the hotel. The room was old and dated and the bathroom shower was a pathetic trickle but it did the job for one night and had aircon. One positive is they did look after my big suitcase for 4 days... More

It's hard to begin... The first room we had was dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months; dirty floor, stained shower door and soap tray. We flushed the toilet and the bathroom began to stink of sewage. We ask for another room and was given a larger room on the third floor. Coming out of the... More

This hotel has the benefit of being close to the airport! The showers were dirty, staff were rude and lacking any desire to be helpful or friendly. The breakfast was awful - fried eggs, baked beans and some awful little sausages and nasty tasting coffee! There are some great places to eat nearby and a very good laundry service is... More

The hotel is close to Airport, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free wifi at lobby only. Room price is reason. Free airport shuttle but need to call them on arrival. Good for short stay or transit guest. .

Where does one begin? In a nutshell, this place (pardon, hotel) is just a sheer disaster. I booked a suite (thought I did) but what a horror. Firstly, it stank. The carpet was utterly worn and stained. Bathroom - needs immediate renovation. The last straw came when cockroaches started wandering in my room! Simply put, nothing in that room befits... More

indeed the hotel is very basic and aged. however, we are quite happy about the airport shuttle as we only stayed there for 1 night transferring from KK to sandakan. they arranged shuttle airport from/to hotel. the only tricky part is that.. there is no way to contact the hotel for the shuttle except the phone number. we found their... Excellent Value for money hotel located close to both Kota Kinabalu Airports. Clean rooms with comfortable rooms. Comes good with decent American Breakfast. Free Airport Transfer to and fro Airport, also free shuttle service to Kota Kinabalu town center. Only downside would the bathrooms, Local Malaysians will have trouble as there is no tap in the toilet other then the... More

My siblings and I wanted a hotel that's near the airport and beach. The room rates are very reasonable. The staff might not be as friendly as you want them to be but they are very kind and accommodating. Extra bed is RM 30 per night. Breakfast is included. Not that good but it's complimentary so I won't complain. We... More
