A bit unfortunate that I have to lodge here when the electricity was cut resulting in the temporary malfunction of the elevator. Concomitantly the water pump faced the similar situation and we literally ran out of water for a while there. But they were resolved before the end of the first day of my stay with an expedient and thoughtful... More

This hotel is right in the middle of Kota Kinabalu’s central business district - Gaya Street, surrounded with banks, restaurants and shopping malls and very near to Jesselton Point. Friendly staffs, provies free WiFi, small room, well-decorated, but VERY (really bad) poor water flow volume in the bathroom, poor TV signal too. Not easy to get parking space if you... More

The main value of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of restaurants just a few steps away. Waterfront is also more less behind the corner. My room was small without window but for one night stay really sufficient. Room itself was clean and modern. Breakfast was served in nearby restaurant.

Overall, we throroughly enjoyed our stay in KK Suite. Hospitality was very good, the tour to Mari-Mari Cultural Village was well arranged by the hotel, and the room is clean. We also liked the breakfast provided with our stay, particularly the kopitiam coffee. However, on our last night, we were unfortunately kept awake by our next door neighbour who was... More

The hotel is nice, rooms are a good size, the bathroom is big and the room was clean the entire time with water daily. The location is really good, right on Gaya street and the market was brilliant. The breakfast was served In the restaurant next door until 10am with a good choice of food both local and american. The... More

Rooms were clean and well-maintained. AC is cool. Good location. You get free breakfast in the cafe next door. Request for room 207 (twin) as shower drains faster there. Make sure you contact reception if you plan late check-in as they're not available 24/7. Hotel staff are kind. You can request to borrow an adapter if you don't have one.

My hotel room was clean and tidy when I arrived, as was the rest of the hotel. My room didn't have a window which wasn't idea and was very small but for a short trip was not a problem. The bathroom was clean but the shower was not very hot or powerful, the door to the shower did not shut... More

Stayed 2 nights , #107, the hotel was good enough for short stay, nearby to amenities, the room no closet, no fridge, in the bathroom no vanity counter, it was leaking on the floor, had requested extra mat to absorb the wet but not given. The stay comes with complimentary breakfast at next door kopitiam, a chinese run, Fong Ip... More

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is centrally located in KK. The room was OK but small. The bathroom was ok but not great. The A/C worked but was barely adequate. The included breakfast was good if you have the Asian option. This is a fair hotel for the price. Unfortunately it is being portrayed online and in... More
