Rooms are small, but clean. Nice coffee shop in the lobby and lots of local food around. Staff very kind and helpfully I enjoy my stay but I will not recommend for a longer stay. If you need a bed and a shower and plan to go to the islands for you stay is perfect location, also very close to... More

located at gaya street which is the sunday market at the hotel door step. eateries, shops and mall are around the corner and within walking distance. room was nice complete with very basic amenities; hot shower, towels, drinking water and hair dryer. wi-fi connection was the lousiest one, so beware!! breakfast was simple as i need; 3 choices of meals... Good: Location right at Gaya Street. Walk out of hotel straight into the Sunday morning market. Plenty of good food and shopping around. Clean decent room with hot water and aircond. They even throw in breakfast which you redeemed from restaurant next door. Not a bad choice. Bad: Not actually bad, it has to be balanced with what you pay.... More

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. So most of the attractions, restaurants and night life can be visited on foot. The room given to us was really small but it had all the facilities you might expect. The breakfast was provided in a neighbouring restaurant and was good.

No aircon, dirty room (hair all over the floor and bedding), no hot water (only lukewarm at best), terrible service (don't say you will do something and then totally ignore the customer) and flaky wifi. If you only want to spend a few pounds / dollars, I am sure that KK has far better establishments.

The location on Gaya street is good however it isn't a "suite" hotel by any stretch of the imagination. The single room I had was small (couldn't swing a cat) and even though it was cosy there wasn't anywhere to put things as in shelf space. The same in the bathroom, it was also small and had no shelves to... More

Was reading the reviews before I booked the hotel. It wasn't as bad as what the other reviewers had stated. Location-wise is good, it is located right in the middle of the street where the Gaya Sunday Market is held. Just step out of the hotel, and there you are, right in the market itself. Wifi connection was average, but... More

I booked this hotel after reviewing the ratings on agoda.com. First of all the location is great, right in the center of gaya street. But its a very small hotel, with tiny room. Worst thing is, we were given a room with so many problems. Firstly the toilet do not flush, which is a huge issue. Then the way they... More

This hotel is on the oldest street in KK. Even smoking is not allowed in the whole hotel, the room was very smelly and you can smell cigarets everytime you turn on air condition. Also you can hear your neighbors as you are with them in the room. The staff is very friendly.

his hotel seems to be in a pretty good location, right in the middle of what appears to be the main tourist and business area. The room in the hotel was very, very small, but actually laid out very well, and was very functional and clean. The room included a hot water kettle, the showers were good and the bed... More
