Stayed 2 nights , #107, the hotel was good enough for short stay, nearby to amenities, the room no closet, no fridge, in the bathroom no vanity counter, it was leaking on the floor, had requested extra mat to absorb the wet but not given. The stay comes with complimentary breakfast at next door kopitiam, a chinese run, Fong Ip... More

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is centrally located in KK. The room was OK but small. The bathroom was ok but not great. The A/C worked but was barely adequate. The included breakfast was good if you have the Asian option. This is a fair hotel for the price. Unfortunately it is being portrayed online and in... More

We spent two months in Sabah and used KK Suites as a base. It is a basic hotel, good wifi and clean but very small rooms. We tried several and eventually decided that room 206 is the best, a little more spacious, a better view from the window and a bigger bathroom. I expect rooms 106 and 306 are the... More

For the rate paid for a single room approximately USD.25 this was great value for money. A simple small hotel with a reception and 3 floors of rooms and the included breakfast served in the local cafe next door. My room was overlooking Gaya Street where the Sunday market is located. The hotel is in the city centre and it... More

We stayed there only a short night (luckily) as a stop over before going climbing the Mount Kinabalu. I was really surprised as this hotel was recommended by Lonely Planet and had quite good comments on Trip Advisor. When we arrived at the reception, we were wondering if this was a hotel. The lift was broken so we had to... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. strategic location as it is located right in front of the busy Sunday Morning Market. If you are not expecting luxurious 5 star treatment/amenities, this is the place for you. Hotel concept is similar to Tune Hotel.(however, here is much more convenient if you were to stay at 1Borneo area). Eateries places are within walking... More

Stayed here as a late arrival into KK, room was very small and simple, but it was clean. Staff were helpful and if you would like there is coffee vendor downstairs. Don't recommend the breakfast that comes as vouchers for the cafe next door, found better food wondering the streets.

I stayed in twin bed deluxe suite. The room is small with a spacious bathroom, but comfy. The hotel provides interesting tour packages and I enjoy them very much. The tour guide is nice where he offered free ride to airport for us. Keep the good work !
