Madam Ling and her staff make staying at Eden54 a pleasure. Once you get used to the idea that you are responsible for your own breakfast, it takes little time to realise that with a supermarket either side of the hotel ( delicious croissants at both of them) this is no hardship. Make sure that you understand that some rooms... More

Stayed here on a couple of occasions during our time in Borneo. Hotel is perfectly located, with shopping centre just a couple of minutes walk away, 2 supermarkets next door and many eating options very close by. The lady at reception was very helpful, calling the airline for me a number of times when my luggage was lost.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our 17 day Sabah trip and for one night at the end. What we wanted was a comfortable, safe, clean and well-located place to "find our feet" in Sabah; to visit the Tourist information centre and to slide easily into holiday mode. I also wanted somewhere that wasn't a large... More

Spacious, clean rooms, excellent friendly service and an unbeatable locations- we were 3minute walk from Jessleton point for the ferries to the islands. For mid range hotel, it was a great find, we could walk anywhere for dinner within the city.

I chose this on both Lonely Planet and Trip Advisor recommendations .After booking I found out that the parents of a former colleague had also stayed there with a good experience . Plus points include a good location near the ferries at Jesselton point , local restaurants and malls and a useful supermarket with a good bakery/cafe for breakfast within... More

Amazing customer service. The owner/ manager went out of her way to help us with our rental car etc, making lots of phone calls and wouldn't take money for them. The room was clean with all necessary supplies etc. All in all, eden54 was great value and i would thoroughly recommend it.

The hotel is in a fabulous location in the Centre, with a supermarket downstairs and near the HSBC, Tourism Centre, a 24 hour newsagents and other food places too. It's also around the corner from the jetty and the mall. The room was small but I was told it was compact, so acceptable for one person for three nights. The... More

We stayed in KK for one night, as we were waiting for the bus to Semporna. The hotel was really convenient, right next to the port where you can take the boats to the different islands, Labuan (Brunei) and close distance to downtown area and metropolitan bus station. The northern station is far away, but it's far away from everything.... More

Great hotel for what we paid. Room very small but had everything we needed. Service was excellent. Staff more than happy to look after our bags for two days while we flew to Sandakan. Good location too. Not right in the city centre but only took us about 15 minutes to walk there or a 10RM taxi ride.
