We stayed here twice as we left our bags here whilst we went to Semporna. Both times I got bitten badly by bed bugs in 2 separate rooms. We checked out early the second time as I was covered in bites. Beware of the double rooms. Hostel its self is ok. Showers a bit dirty and breakfast is rubbish.. just... More

We stayed here before going for the climb the next day. It is an average stay with basic necessities. Good for budget stay. With the signal hill and clock tower walking distances with the bus stop jalan padang clock by.

We had an ok stay in a quad room. The location is good. The showers were not clean. Used razors and old soap left. The toliets were ok. The owners were nice. Overall it was ok but I prob won't be back.

I travelled with my boyfriend during the off season and paid 60 RM for a double room which included breakfast (be warned breakfast was only white bread with jam). Tea and coffee are always available outside on the balcony. There were two showers which were open aired and one that was inside, toilets weren't overly clean but nothing that is... More

Ate Joy is a fellow Filipina, which made our stay hassle free. Lodge is not bad either, it is located on the quiet side of the city but within walking distance from most of the tourist spots: 2 blocks from Jalan Gaya where the Sunday Market is located, 5 blocks to Suria Sabah (mall), 20 minutes walk from Jesselton Point... We stayed here for 2 nights and had an awesome stay. While the city itself was actually a big disappointment to us. The hostess was extremely friendly and even offered us some spaghetti she made the first night we stayed there. They do have wifi, a pc to use and a nice terrace at the back of the place. We... Friendly staff, but bedbugs (in dorm and private rooms) At the check out we asked for a discount, because my whole body was covered with itchy bites. We also had costs for cleaning our clothes. They refused and claimed, that there were no bedbugs.

We stayed here for one night and it was a disappointment from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were shown to a six-bed dorm despite having booked a double and family room on agoda. It was only when we complained that we were also given the family room. There was no apology for the fact we had a cramped and... More

We booked the family room for 5 nights in this lodge but there was a problem with the booking so they made us move to the lodge right next to them. That was a bit inconvenient but the staff were very apologetic and they helped us with moving our stuff. The room size was alright for it's cheap price, ac... More
