The staff at the hotel were really friendly and very helpful. Every request was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Our adjoining rooms were good value for money, and the hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the 1Borneo Hypermall. The buffet breakfast is excellent. We would happily stay here again.
