During my 5 days trip in KK, I rented a car and thus I stayed in 1Borneo Mall area at 2 different hotels there. The hotels there are cheaper, nicer, much more cleaner than this hotel. As it was highly recommended as it is nearer to the airport as compared to the 1Borneo Mall area, I moved to stay at... more

We decided to stay upmarket for our last night on honeymoon. The Hyatt and Meridian were both booked out, and the Jesselton only had single beds. A guest at the Jesselton recommended the Imperial. We stayed in a super deluxe seaview room. It was modern with lots of straight lines and bold colours, tidy, had a cool window between the... more

The reason why we chose this hotel is the location. Just across the street from the Waterfront, you could practically walk back on a Saturday night out after drinks without worrying about not being able to get a cab. The area is relatively safe and the only worry you'll have is probably the uncountable masseuse persistently persuading you to try... more

Excellent location for shopping and dining. Supermarket located just opposite of the hotel and famous foods nearby. When we checked in and go back to our room, we found that it was not yet cleaned up. We requested for another room then. The staff at reception asked us to wait at first, however, as we were just back from Mt.... more

Stayed here in April at $130 Aus for 2 adults and 2 children with a rollaway. Not a bad price for the location but the local nightclubs nearby were really noisy. Housekeeping then took several hours to give us towels as there were none at all in the room.My daughter got in the bath before i realised so it was... more

I reserved 4 rooms for a Rotary convention at this hotel through Agoda. My 6 other friends made a reservation through a local travel agency. We were a total of 14 people. The front desk personnel spoke very little English. They did not seem to understand what the Agoda Travel Voucher was, despite our reservation being on their system. Although... more

Hotel is located close to the waterfront and to shops. We stayed 5 nites. Room service is not good. We requested for an extra chair in the spacious room but it never came although we spoke to the manager twice! He apologised and made up for the slip-up by allowing us a very late checkout at 4pm! more

The hotel staff were hospitable, friendly and made my stay there a great pleasure. The standard room is fairly small, however it is neat and sufficient, with comfortable beds, tv, wardrobe and bathroom. A bath tub would have made it even more better. There were a variety of food to choose from for breakfast. The view we had was nice,... more

The best thing about this hotel is, it is very well located amongst all the shopping and bustles of a city. We had our foot massage 5 mins walk away and dinner and just round the corner another heaps of eateries. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. It is definitely more than basic. However, the service crew needs to... more
