I am here right now and I'm not loving it. It's an expensive place to come to visit but everything that is provided feels cheap. There are no toiletries in the bathroom and the chairs both in the room and on the balcony are plastic. Also, the bathroom was filthy, the toilet has mold growing on it and some of... More

Ive visited pulua Tiga resort a couple of times and I will be going back. it is kind of pricy but i think its worth it. The major draw for me is the peace and tranqulity - there is only this one resort on this part of the island. the beach is long and sandy which means plenty of space.... More

I was very enthusiastic to go there even if the cost was very high about 1000RM for 2.firstly, I have some difficulties to book(late answers and bed communications with staff).once did it I have asked to have the trasfert from kota kinabalu.the driver drop off us in a little creek where we took a little boat (30 min) to go... We stayed in one of the chalets clearly in the off-peak season. At one point, we were the only guests on the island! It is incredible how much wildlife is around: we have seen huge lizards, iguanas, monkeys, snakes, praying mantis and a lot more. Doing some trekking is great to spend the day, and so is the sea. Unfortunately,... More

Accommodation is basic amd in a very poor state of repair. Food was dreadful, low quality, and cold. Beaches were untidy and a creek in the middle of the resort is smelly. The reef has a lot of fish life and is interesting for snorkelling. The mud volcanoes are a great experience. Adequate for a one or two day stay... More

There aren't many optionsaround KK if someone wishes to stay near a beach, Pulau Tiga is one of the few someone can go to. I was hoping to get a bit of island feeling close to KK but Pulau Tiga doesn't really provide it. The resort seems to be aging and the beach isn't very inviting at all. The food... More

We came here with low expectations because of the reviews, but because of limited time we decided to come here anyway being that its not too far from KK. Our first impressions were that is was very dull and boring, the beach was grey and not too spacious, with a fair amount natural debris strewn across it. However after the... More

We stayed on Tiga for 2 nights. It is very basic, very much a budget place - not what we would call a resort at all. The beach is strewn with debris - most of it natural, washed from the very dirty stream which runs through the grounds of the place out into the sea just a few metres from... More

We stayed for 2 nights, we were the only guests whcih was a bit weird! Bungalow was lovely, with a large terrace area with chairs for sitting out. Oddly, our room had 2 bathrooms (I think it used to be 2 rooms). Lots of monkeys, monitor lizzards, bugs etc. I got some horrible bites from sand flies on the beach.... More
