I stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms without breakfast. 1 was a standard room and for the other I was upgraded to a deluxe as I wanted an adjoining room and my standard room was also not yet ready. The staff was overall very friendly and keen to help so no complaints there. The rooms however leave much... More

My family and I stayed in 3 separate rooms for 1 night in this hotel. Although 2 of the rooms were booked at the same time, we did not get a room next to each other since they do have rooms with interconnected doors. We were told by the fron desk officer that we could have such rooms but we... More

This hotel is away from city centre. The hotel is a bit run down. And, there is construction on-going at the entrance of the hotel. I stay one night in the deluxe room. The room is very spacious. The bed and pillow are ok. The bathroom is clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ordinary and as... More

I booked a suite room at Palm Garden Hotel from 21st to 24th Nov guaranteed by credit card for 3 adult and a infant using the service of agoda. The reason of staying there was because we need to attend functions at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC). However, upon arrival at around 8pm, we were told that there is no... More

Good: Room was very spacious and clean, so was the bathroom. Good working in-room wifi, decent speed. Lunch selection was plenty and delicious. Fast check-in, good customer service overall. Well-decorated hotel overall, a nice center square for relaxing, reading etc. Well-maintained landscaping provide for nice room view despite nearby construction works Location is OK, pretty quiet and peaceful despite nearby... Stayed 3 nights. The water features in the centre of the hotel have a calming effect after a day's work. I find it very private though there are guests as the garden in the centre provide the space needed. Breakfast was good. It would have been nicer if the hotel can provide transport to shopping centres or KTM station on... More

Have been staying there many times since the late 'nineties when the complex was still unfinished, surrounded by mud and heavy soil-moving equipment. Even then facilities, catering and quality of guest rooms were nothing short of excellent. The setting on the edge of the golf-course is quite picturesque. Today it s a quiet oasis off the beaten track, even if... More
