I stayed at the Palm Garden Hotel in Putrajaya for 2 weeks for business. The hotel is some 20 years old and based in a golf resort. All rooms are located round a patio. On the upside of the hotel you'll find reasonable prices, hospitable staff, spacious rooms and a quiet working environment. On the downside the building is starting... More

Stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to KL. Location: far from KL. Need to take either a taxi or the train (taxi will be much faster - around 30-40 minutes, but longer if you hit traffic). If you plan to spend a lot of time in KL, don't stay here. The hotel itself is run down and not... More

Average hotel.. To many stairs to climb to the lobby and to the rooms.. not for those with arthritic knees.. Poor direction signs to lift/room. End up walking in a circle to go to room. Room is spacious which i like. But the hot shower is not working which is a disappointing... Housekeeping not done.. The meals are so so,... More

I booked 8 rooms for my company function. The reservation dept girl made mistake for 3 times even after I amended on the confirmation. Although the check-in was smooth, i just do not like the room. The room aircon wasnt cold at all, the toiletries given in my room was 2 shampoo only & worst is that there wasnt any... More

We booked 2 rooms, arrived at the hotel around 8pm only to find only one room was available and they're checking on the other one (what?) which was such a disappointment as check-in is at noon and they should prepare the room earlier. So after waiting for quite some time, no news on the other room so we cancelled it.... More

The rooms are big & comfortable just its an old design, food are extremely ordinary. Staff at front desk always missing in action but banquet staff were very helpful. We were having a seminar for three days and the food were extremely boring. There are a lot of parking space, the place were just ok.

The room I got looked old. The flush doesn't work. I called the operator and they sent a plumber to fix it. The plumber was in my room for more than half an hour so I called the operator to ask if I can get another room. The operator was helpful, I got a new room but unfortunately same problem... More

In general, this is an average hotel for a few days stay. Room furniture and bathroom looked fine to us. So, not sure about other critical comments from other reviewers as this is solely from my genuine opinion. The breakfast provided was okay too (continental plus a mixture of Malaysian style). The location is located out of the main attraction... More

The hotel is badly in need of a refurbishment. The bathrooms are tired and the shower rose is not on the wall high enough for a person of 6 foot to stand under. The room was huge but it would have been nice to have a balcony attached to our room rather than an enclosed one. The bed was quite... More
