We had an excellent few days stay here. Positives: Pool, buffet breakfast, free internet in the rooms, balcony, service. Negatives: Poor layout of the hanging space in the wardrobe, nothing really nearby - a car is a ncessity. more

The hotel is very close to Petronas tower and the business centre, so an excellent place to stay. There restaurant and the spread is very heartening. Overall a good place more
The rooms are lavish. The view is great. The bathroom is awesome. The infinity pool is amazing. The spa is very nice. Gym is so so. Food is great but serving time is VERY long. The evening lounge for free drinks is average. The wine collection is not that great. reception and conceirge is a bit weird. The propert location... more
This hotel is an excellent business hotel and just a short distance of Cyberjaya. The hotel staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. They have a courtesy car that will take you and pick you up from Cyberjaya at any hour of the day and also runs to the local shopping centre and downtown KL... more
I stayed here twice, once in 2006 and more recently 2008. Its a very nice quiet hide away in the middle of Putrajaya. Its situated on the hill in a park in middle of the massive roundabout there. I felt that despite the fact that its a shang, the room has lost a bit of luster since my last visit... more
Being a local resident in KL, I am ashamed to say this hotel standard is below 3 star hotel. I am very displeased with the level of professionalism shown by the hotel staff. First of all, we requested late check-in, and upon arrival, we left our car for valet parking, but when being asked what's the price, the staff could... more
My husband and I live in KL but we went to stay at the Shangri-La to celebrate 10 YEARS since the day we met in 1998. Needless to say this is a VERY special occasion. We didn't want to go out of town just for 1 night so we decided to go again to Cyberview Lodge in Cyberjaya. But since... more
I stayed there on the 16th January 2008. I was really dissapointed with the service rendered. That was my thrid visits to the property. Upon entering my room, i realized the floor was dirty, my bed sheets stained and the bathroom's glass door full with finger prints and stains. Called and complaint about it. No apology extended. But, the housekeeper... more
Stayed at this hotel as a spa retreat. Came with a discount on the spa package (don't really remember if it's 30% or 50%, I think it's the latter). Spa is really nice, comes with attached "outdoor" shower (enclosed but with no roof) and toilet, also attached jacuzzi. The infinity pool is lovely too. The bath is glorious, with the... more
This is a little boutique hotel well situated in the not-yet-thriving (dead) town of Putrajaya. The property itself is quite distinctive being situated inside a small park and with panoramic views of the developing skyline (which is actually very beautiful). The problems start with anything to do with service including: Getting a drink at the pool Ordering room service Having... more
