location is ok.value is ok. however the front desk staff was not helpful. requested for a well lit room but room is dark, unable to read. toilet is dirty. even has a lump of hair on the floor. if they want return guests they seriously have to look into customer service & cleanliness.

Nice place to stay. The pool is easily dominated by children. Close to the buses and an outdoor night food market., but little else. The towels are very thin. Worth staying a night or two, if you have just arrived in Penang.
