I recently stayed here for four nights. When we arrived the lady at reception did not great us and there was a feeling as though we were annoying her when we had only asked to check in. We returned to reception to ask if their was anywhere she would recommend for us to eat and she pointed in every direction... More

Cintra Heritage House was just perfect for us - straight out the door into the streets of Georgetown, with all of the UNESCO World Heritage zone being within easy walking distance. This is a beautiful old building and if you are in Georgetown because of its world heritage ranking then this is one way to experience the history. We stayed... More

Beautifully restored place at a very good location. The building is beautiful and very welcoming. The rooms are nice, really quiet, no traffic sounds, but very dark (no daylight). The staff is friendly and service is okay, but it would not hurt if they would smile once in a while. We really missed a little place to sit outside (smokers... More

I stayed 4 nights to explore Georgetown. Location : Couldn't be more perfect in my opinion at the corner of lebuh Cintra and lebuh Chulia, go left 50yard on Chulia there a bus stop which can take you visiting most places on the island outside of Georgetown such as monkey beach at the national park, or take you to Komtar... Stayed one night, was intending to stay for 2. Although not pricey, the service and quality is not hotel standard. Would rather spend 100 ringgit less and stay in a hostel, which is what I did the second night. The room was small with no window. Bed was hard. Breakfast was average and like what I got at the hostel,... More

Cintra is a relatively-recently renovated heritage building that has retained its personality. It's a not an expensive hotel (but does have private bathrooms and nice comfortable rooms) so don't expect 5*. There was a light breakfast included, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom good (it's a 'wet' bathroom, but well-designed so the shower didn't spray away from the... More

this hotel situates itself in a good location in the heart of Georgetown, that is near to many famous food streets and hawkers that open till late night. the heritage house is beautiful and gives a very warm and humbly feeling to room stayers. decorated with many plants and a few caged birds, the heritage house presents itself rich in... Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The location is good. Plenty of hawker stalls and coffeeshops nearby. Breakfast is provided by hotel and the Nasi Lemak is excellent. All the staffs are polite and helpful. The standard single room is simply furnished with a single bed, chair and a small cupboard. The room is not well insulated from noise... More

I recently stayed here for five nights and I had to say it has been a great experience. Room was spacious and clean, with A/C and a comfortable bed (as well as two types of pillow to choose from!). The heritage house is located on an inner street on Chulia Street, with lots of bars, cafes and food vendors around... More

This heritage hotel was really a find...charming decor, a triple with plenty of room, and a fabulous location just off of Chulia street with all the wonderful street food vendors. The small bar/breakfast room is lovely as is the interior courtyard. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is the noise if you have a room on... More
