Overall our stay was very good. The staff was helpful especially Yana who suggested things to see and places to go. The only thing that was annoying was the karaoke into the early hours from the, I think Cotton Mill entertainment, that could be heard from the room we had at the front of the hotel.

Location is very good,near the famous Sunway food stalls. Dimsum restaurant is also nearby. Room is equipped with king size bed and modern furniture. Breakfast is good but dining place is small,need to queue. Towel will be distributed @ 7 pm because they need to wait for outsourcing laundry to deliver back. Not good.

Location of the hotel is good with walking distance to most places. However the standard of the food at the nearby hawker street has dropped compared to 2 years ago. We stayed with our 2 children in the family room for 3 nights. Room was comfortable and clean. The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The food selection at breakfast was alright for the price we paid. The location was great. We could walk to get food or take a city bus to the UNESCO sites or Batu ferringhi beach.... More

Our room was well-designed. It was easy to move around. Our room was also equipped with a mini fridge, TV, water heater, and a nice desk. We had a window but there was no view. Upon check in, don't really feel welcome by the front office, the staff by the name called "yana" soft spoken, hardly hear what she saying. Booked for a king size bed end up having two single beds, hence have to join both bed together. Housekeeping is good, room is clean. for noise, you might hear door slamming from nearby room.... More

stayed here for 2 nights. the rooms are cosy but not for light sleepers. door slams whole night long by the foreign cleaning staff. the door slams are very loud. again, not recomended if you are looking for a quiet night.
