It is a recently renamed hotel in Georgetown, Penang. The geographical location is really convenient as the major tourist attractions in town and Jetty Point (ferry pier) are easily accessible by bus (route 101). Room size is average, and beds are comfortable. The toilets are a bit disappointing as some of the facilities need to be repaired. Great effort devoted... More

It was alright but there was so much that this hotel could improve on. I was disappointed when I checked in, I came from a 12-hour bus ride from KL so I just wanted to check-in. It quite surprised me that you have to now pay in full before you check-in, I thought that was supposed to be done before... More

Stayed here 2 nights and except for the nice view on 26th floor, everything else was terrible. Parking was convenient but directions to the hotel lobby were confusing. We were lead back to square one till someone pointed out the lift to us. If you arrive on ground level, it would be difficult for people with disability to go up... More

Booked 3 suites package at the Singapore NATAS fair in Feb 2014, for the period 7-9 June 2014. The package comes with an extra bed. As we have 3 families here with young & old, we requested the suite to be in the same floor. To make sure that everything is ok, I even emailed & reminded them one week... More

checking in takes a long long time. There's no line for queuing so everyone just scramble to the counter. The room we had is clean and comfy though. We had no problems getting out of the car park on the first day. However, the next day was a huge problem. We check out but are unable to get out of... More

Stayed for 3 nights in the junior suite on the 26th floor. Had a pleasant stay actually. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Had peaceful rest each night, didn’t face any problems with loud music from the karaoke below. The room had a stunning view of the surroundings and provided excellent views of sunrise.... More
