I stayed in the Sheraton in Penang for 4 nights and I would not recommend it to anyone. It is located too far away from the beaches and coast resorts. We saw in some website and broucher that Sheraton in Penang is a 3 star hotel. So we were prepared to see a 3 star room, but the room turn out to be better than we expected. I would have to agree to some of the other reviews on this website and say that this hotels does not really measure up to a 5 star rating. From the slightly confused check-in to the request for a cork-screw from room service which had to be followed up with the duty manager this hotel really seems about 3 star.... more
