I feel happy to stay 2 nights at this hostel, though the rooms are cramped and a bit scary , but I enjoyed it, very clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast provided is quite interesting , but the bike is on display at the front can not be rented out so we had to rent a bike anywhere else .

I visited Penang, Malaysia in late April 2015. My friend recommended me Red Inn Court and it was indeed a very good place. Clean, cozy, good price (around 30 RM per night). The free breakfast was not really fancy but who the hell needs hostel food when in Penang - food paradise ? :P In general, excellent location ( centre... More

Not a great deal to say about this place really. Positives are that it's location is really great in Little India and the staff were really helpful and gave us some great recommendations for food. It's also quite cheap. Negatives are that our room smelled of feet and BO, and because they leave the front open it is really loud... More

The only thing that is good about this place is the location. The room was big and the shared bathroom was relatively clean. And the place was well decorated with Peranakan decorations so it is very pretty. In terms of review it scored 8.1 in Booking.com, which is really a shame because they could have done 9 at least with... More

We stayed here at the beginning of May and found the staff very welcoming. The shared bathrooms was clean and the room was relatively clean with a TV and numerous pre-loaded films to watch. The downsides were that there was a mouse in our room for 2 of the nights. Additionally, the water bottle that was collecting the condensed water... More

Stumbled across this place, so happy we found it. Ended up going back for another couple of nights. Lovely character to the interior. And big solid bunks were really comfortable. Great aircon in the rooms. Bathrooms were clean. Breakfast was better than most hostels with a selection of fruit as well as the usual toast. Staff were good especially the... More

Great spot walking distance from amazing food (it's Penang after all) the beds in the dorms are comfortable, each has its own small lock box perfect for a laptop and camera etc when u leave the room. Friendly staff and a good place to meet other travelers. Will stay here agin when in Georgetown.

We booked on hotels.com and paid under 70RM for a private room shared bathroom. The room was nice, we had a TV in the room but it didnt work. The bed was nice and big, nice sheets and pillows, AC and ceiling fan. There was plenty of space to put our bags. The bathroom were ok, showers had hot water.... More

I stayed here because I wanted to be close to Temples, Indian Food and Wifi. Had all that. It's not the Ritz but as a guest you aren't paying a lot. Good value, good location. The staff was strictly business which is fine with me. I don't need all the fake smiles and stuff when I check it. Efficiency is... More

I've stayed here for 2 nts in a dorm room and found some problems such as the aircon didn't work at 6 bed mixed dorm room so had to change to 4 bed dorm room (this type of room is closest to bathroom&toilet with no window), the wall was extremely thin and with the wooden floor-so you could hear all...
