The location of the hotel is good: it's near many restaurants, night market and travel agents, and also the famous Love lane. The only thing I may complain is that there is neither window nor ventilation in the bathroom, so everytime after taking a shower, all the steam and humidity went into the room and made the bed clothes felt... We booked a 2 queen size bed room with shared bathroom, the room size is quite okay as we didn't spend much time in it, staying there for 3 nights and found that all our targeted destinations were at walking distances! (If you don't mind walking around Georgetown by legs or riding bikes :D ) We visited all street art... More

We stayed at the Heritage Hotel for 4 nights in Aug. We were very careful about choosing a decent hotel in a very popular and very typical backpacker area. We got exactly that with this hotel. Although the taxi driver told us it was an expensive hotel, he was comparing to the tradtional cheap low end hotels in the area.... More

This is our 2nd visit in 2 years. Both times we stayed in family rooms with shared bathroom. The hotels are very well maintained with spotlessly white sheets, towels, rooms and toilets. We don't mind sharing the toilets as there are about 8 to share. There's a helper that can be seen sweeping and cleaning from morning till night. The... More

We stayed in here for three nights. The location is excellent, its on the main Chulia street which is walkable to most of the major locations. We never had to take any mode of commutation except walk around. The standard deluxe room is really small. So is the bathroom. But its manageable. Its complete value for money considering the cleanliness and... More

We booked two (2) types of rooms (standard double room & deluxe family room). Rooms were on the ground floor with private bathroom each. Standard double room is... More

Well hidden hotel from the main street. First impression it looks really nice and clean with shiny floors. We have to take off our shoes when we go upstairs. Our room was on the first floor, quite close to the bathroom. Room has 2 double beds, pretty basic, no fridge nor chairs with just a small coffee table. Good news... More
