We booked a 2 queen size bed room with shared bathroom, the room size is quite okay as we didn't spend much time in it, staying there for 3 nights and found that all our targeted destinations were at walking distances! (If you don't mind walking around Georgetown by legs or riding bikes :D ) We visited all street art... More

We stayed at the Heritage Hotel for 4 nights in Aug. We were very careful about choosing a decent hotel in a very popular and very typical backpacker area. We got exactly that with this hotel. Although the taxi driver told us it was an expensive hotel, he was comparing to the tradtional cheap low end hotels in the area.... More

This is our 2nd visit in 2 years. Both times we stayed in family rooms with shared bathroom. The hotels are very well maintained with spotlessly white sheets, towels, rooms and toilets. We don't mind sharing the toilets as there are about 8 to share. There's a helper that can be seen sweeping and cleaning from morning till night. The... More

We stayed in here for three nights. The location is excellent, its on the main Chulia street which is walkable to most of the major locations. We never had to take any mode of commutation except walk around. The standard deluxe room is really small. So is the bathroom. But its manageable. Its complete value for money considering the cleanliness and... More

Location of the hotel is hidden from the main street, no breakfast is provided but glad the hotel is surrounded with alot of types of food. Staff are friendly. WIFI is good. We booked two (2) types of rooms (standard double room & deluxe family room). Rooms were on the ground floor with private bathroom each. Standard double room is... More

We booked 2 type of rooms ( triple & double deluxe) Triple room with sharing bathroom: On the first floor so be ready to haul luggage up the staircase. No shoes policy applied. Hot water & ironing available at common area. Communal bathroom is extremely clean. However there is only one power point in the room so please prepare multi-plug... More

Well hidden hotel from the main street. First impression it looks really nice and clean with shiny floors. We have to take off our shoes when we go upstairs. Our room was on the first floor, quite close to the bathroom. Room has 2 double beds, pretty basic, no fridge nor chairs with just a small coffee table. Good news... More

Room is small but it's clean, new & located near to the Heritage sightseeing places. Worth the money, recommended for budget travellers.. Parking not a problem..There's also plenty choice of food around the hotel. Will stay here again for next visit to Penang.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we thought it was fantastic. The service was even better - particularly a man behind the reception desk (think his name is Adi). He couldn't do enough for us. Super comfy bed and very clean throughout. Great value - highly recommend.
