The reason I checked in to this resort was because I just wanted a place with cable tv (got fed up with the previous place I was staying). Considering it was Sunday and the rate is cheaper, i asked for the closes chalet they have to the beach. And my o my, I got more than I expected.!! Fresh rose... More

We put up 2 nights in this resort for a superior room. While the entrance of the resort looks presentation, the facilities and furniture in the rooms require facelift. The beds are old, and the door curtain was torn apart, even the wooden door to the bathroom is rotten. Apparently the resort has been receiving quite a number of bookings... More

Looking for accommodation in Pangkor Island is not a major problem as they are scores of hotels and resorts scattered all over the island, especially along the popular stretches of beach here. Having been to this hotel about 10 years ago I did not have any qualm about choosing it again this time around. Although some visitors may have some... More

I was highly disappointed by this hotel, despite I didn't have any expectation regarding it. The place was probably (and I say PROBABLY) nice 10 years ago, but it's no longer. I was staying in the chalet, and the bed was short (I'm only 1.80m tall, not 2m) to the point my feet will not fit it, the bed sheets... More

I've read all the bad reviews about this hotel but still I don't know why i book this hotel. Once I reached the lobby area, I know by then I have made the biggest mistake. The whole building needs a major refurbishment. Though the check in process was smooth, I was so shocked when the bell boy opened the door... More

We came here with my GF, after staying in Ritz Carlton in Singapore and JW Mariott in KL. If you are looking for this kind of standard definitely do not come. If you are looking for authenticity this island and hotel are the right place. For 200 RM we had our chalet with Air con, electricity and hot water. They... More

This is my third time that I go to this resort. My last experience was almost 2 years ago, the resort was OK at that time but this time I had a family chalet which I normally go for it and it was literally terrible. The beds were dirty, some bloods on one of the pillows. There were underwear of... More

The bad FIRST impression received from this resort is from their email. I have sent an email to this resort asking if there's any pick up service from the jetty to the resort a week before my trip. A proper greeting & proper sentence, but they replied: SORRY, WE NEVER PROVIDE PICK UP SERVICE With all caps lock and a... More
