Arrival by small ferry from mainland and then shuttle bus from ferry pier to Hotel complex. Greeted with welcome drink. Room in Pacific Wing. I guess it is the only worthy hotel in Pangkor Island. There is a specific counter for this hotel in Lumut before arriving to jetty area which can purchase the tickets and pass your luggages to carry to hotel. I booked in this hotel after reading good comments, but really disappointed. First day we were in shock. Rooms are not more than 3 star East Europe old hotels. Old and bad rooms even it is said Ocean Wings where we booked are better. Bed sheets and towels are old, even no more white but gray. Cleaning? Forget about it.... more
