It was a short weekend getaway from the busy city. nothing spectacular about the food in the hotel, but the environment is quiet for a nice relax holiday. Room is clean enough, fridge is not working well enough, but it does come with a microwave, which is a plus as well. WE got a great bargain on the room rate... More

We missed the entrance because it was to tiny and located along a row of shops at both sides of the road, the entrance that wont make you feel welcomed. There is no car park in the compound, you are suppose to park in the bushes next to the hotel. Hotel room was ok, clean but the services were horrible.... More

As a resident of Thailand, this place made me wish I had stayed at home. First off, the island. Pretty, but nothing special. Nothing to do other than ride jetskis / inflatables. The resort - Staff are okay, but really don't seem to care whether you are having a good time or not. It also advertises itself as a spa,... More

Despite reading the bad reviews, i decided to give it a try. Well....i had a pleasant stay here. The staff was helpful and the breakfast is good. Room is nice and my kids love the pool so much. There's lot of food stall along the beach. The hotel provide mat for guest to borrow and laid down by the white... More

Booked the luxury room as in website it says theres seaview. Well theres none because the hotel is at the back of food stalls, tall trees and accross the road. The property is not beachfront. The room is clean, we love the hammock, we didnt mind that its at 5th level without lift. But i didnt feel secure at night... More

Staff act like they can't be bothered. Wouldn't give us beach towels. Restricted use of pool. Mouldy room and ac didn't work with in another. Best name for this place is Faulty Towers. Way overpriced to boot.

Such a shame that the service at this "resort" (which is no longer a spa by the way, so it needs to change it's title) is almost non existent. We booked the super deluxe room as it was apparently the only one left through Agoda, although once we arrived it became apparent that there were other rooms free. Upon arrival... More

I agree with others, the staff seem not to care at all. We arrived at 3pm hungry and pleased to see a sign that lunch was served until 4pm. We were told the kitchen was closed for maintenance. The room had tea and coffee but the coffee was a sachet of coffee mixed with milk and sugar. I asked if... More

I agree with what has been written before. It's good value for your money but you have to be prepared for extremely bad staff. It's actually very sad, the hotel is clean and the rooms are awesome. But everytime you talk to a staff member you want to go home. So, go here, don't talk to the staff too much,... More
