There was no breakfast option and the staff was really looking tired and bored when you asked some information or tips. We really missed the friendliness and hospitality which we experienced in other resorts. In general, Pangkor Island... More

Stayed for 2 nights here. We took 2 family rooms & 2 deluxe rooms (for 16pax). The facility could be managed better. The shower door roller was faulty. The aircond in 1 room wasnt working properly. The curtains were torn. The tower behind block 3 is currently under either renovation or demolition, I'm not sure but the bricks are scattered... More

Arrived on the island during quiet season and decided to stay here without much research.Chose the the 4th floor deluxe and the stair hike was worth it. Room is standard however the hammock is a treat and room 342 has you amongst the treetops with ocean glimpses. Good idea by management to include breakfast given the comments here ... and... More

We booked a standard room and ended up being put in a deluxe for first night as they didn't have the right bedding configuration for us. We didn't want to go back the standard so up graded. the standard Garden view looked out onto busy noisy road and was small and dark. Some of the staff were very pleasant and... More

The hotel it self is quite ok but the service is far from there. It almost feels like you're disturbing when you check in and out. There is no breakfast included but We ordered breakfast one morning and that was a pleasant surprise! Not expensive and very tasty! There's a pool in the hotel area, not big but good if... More
