1. Have booked a sea view room, but finally the view is blocked by coconut trees. 2. Room has balcony but the door is unable to open. Talk to the reception but no fix at all. 3. There is a lot of flies even in the room, I can easily kill the flies as they just a lot (in Room!!!).... More

We stayed at the resort for three days in September. The setting is very nice and the overall space very generous. However, since the whole place was built probably nothing was spent on maintenance. So a lot of areas look worn or have even been dismantled as the have fallen apart. The rooms are ok,bathrooms slightly date and in our case... More

Booked a room with golf package - 2 rounds of golf for 2 persons. Worth every ringgit. Enjoyed my golf. Hotelwise, it's excellent to get away from the city. 3 hrs drive from KL. Room was good and well equipped. Only set back - too many flies around, could get into the room if you open the doors too long.

The Swiss Garden Damai Laut is a self-contained facility spread over extensive grounds in an unlikely and quiet part of the Perak coast. There's a small ribbon of beach accessible by a flight of stairs from the swimming pool area - not much to shout about, but it's a sandy beach directly opposite Pangkor island, and it's quiet and private.... Got a free upgrade for an executive room because we reached too late. Awesome staffs for being so understand that we are tired and would enjoy a bigger room more. Cleanliness and all other facilities are good. The only downfall is make sure you get plenty of snacks unless you want to dine in their cafes.

The resort has a jetty, golf facilities, villas, apartment and hotel, on a large expanse of land nearby Lumut port. Location is pretty remote and the last few kilometers are oil palm estate, so, night time drive will be in the dark. Suggest to arrive before sunset. The lobby is open and has a nice view of the sea and... More

My kids and I followed my husband to this hotel, which he had his teambuilding activities with his colleagues. We had lunch, dinner at the same restaurant on the 1st day and breakfast on the 2nd day. The food was good, enough for everyone, suitable for kids as well. There is also the convenient store and I bought diapers for... More

We had our team building for 2 days 1 night there. Overall, the location is nice, the swimming was lovely and the rooms were clean, but the food was below expectation. The hotel laid on a number of team building exercises, the hotel staffs leading the exercises were friendly and help us have a fun time. They provided foods and... More

Stayed here for 4 days 3 night. I had a bad experience while checking in the hotel. In my booking i specifically requested a room facing the pool. However, to my surprise despite my request i was given a room far away from pool & lobby. I made a complain & request to get me transferred to the room I've... More

If you're looking for a lay back, relax and short getaway, then this is the place to be! We had 3d2n stays, had our meals, activities all inside. We don't plan to hunt food outside though we have transport. Too bad The Gayam seafood and barbeque restaurant is closed on the week we visited else we could enjoy sunset dinner... More
