We spent 2 nights at the boutique hotel (Beverly) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is very nice and cozy, and breakfast is unique. The staff are friendly. We had dinner on our first night at the Indulgence Restaurant downstairs and again enjoyed the food we ordered.

Walking into this restaurant with some expectation especially the owner/chef is someone reputable and by judging at the price of their food, it's certainly comparable to some fine dining restaurants in KL, and I thought, they must be serving something great here! To start it off, my appetiser which is the mushroom soup is tasteless, and very starchy, the warm... More

We stayed here for a few nights, making our way up from KL to Penang. Ipoh itself is a fascinating town, with many of its heritage buildings intact and great limestone caves nearby. Some areas of the town are becoming decidely funky. You can also eat extremely well in Ipoh. We had the great fortune of being shown around by... More

We went to the restaurant for lunch at 1:30'ish and it was almost empty except two customers at a table. After placing our order, the server brought us some bread and our drinks. Our food was finally being served 40 minutes later, being brought out 5 minutes, one after another. By the time the last person was served, the rest... More

This is a nice mansion cum boutique hotel - very friendly and casual staff, each room has a theme and is unique. The rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I agree with other comments that the restaurant is overrated and overpriced. For a boutique hotel experience, it is nice and comfortable, but overpriced for Ipoh. Unfortunately, there is little... We went to Ipoh on a trip planned at the very last minute and when scouting for accommodation options chanced upon this lovely property! When we called to book, only the suite (Beverly) and the super-suite (Qatrynka) were available. The rates sounded expensive (considering it is Ipoh), but we booked it nevertheless. Upon arrival, we had a smooth check-in, and... More

hold an event there, they give us a small room at least with some privacy. they are very attentive but not well train yet as they will just come in to change plate in the middle of discussion. However, they have plenty of moderate to good wine on shelves, although slightly pricey range, i would say worth every bit of... More

The place and the room is ok, each room decor with difference theme. We stayed in the Kinaree, thai theme. Unfortunately the food were disappointing, below of our expectation. Doest't live up to their name. We ended up eating outside, beacon point especially their brownies is highly recommended!

Delicated decorations with country homely court yard and green surrounding , intentionally limited accommodation provide warm service and stylish taste. Colorful walls and interior design are specifically impressive.Awared cuisines are also delicious.

If you ever want a taste of luxury & the combined pleasures of clever & incredibly beautifully designed & phenomenally comfortable rooms, with the most delightful attentive knowledgable staff, & added to that a style of cuisine designed to stimulate the most knowledgable of tastes. Food of the angels served to mortals. Indulgence is definitely a gem of spectacular proportions.... More
