Despite a late check-in of past 8pm, the hotel had a well furnished, modern room available at a very reasonable rate. The bathroom was a little small though but well equipped. Noticed a convention was booked in the hotel. The convention participants were all Australians and they gave the hotel the thumbs up. The hotel restaurant was quiet with only... More

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! - Yes this is undeniable. Its well located (as are a few others) in the centre of Ipoh Town/City. Walking distance to many great local eateries (they even have a map at the lobby entrance to help you out!) BUT... its definitely dated in décor, upkeep and staff quality (over the muslim festive period of Raya). Selected... More

The room is dim and insufficient lighting. Immediately I called the reception to request a change of room. The room change was uneventful and... More

Last Saturday (28/6/2014), 44 chigong class members from S'ban put up at this well known hotel. Our big bus parked just about 7 meters away and could easily be seen from the main entrance of the hotel. According to the security officer, it was a rented bus park lot of the hotel. The next morning, our driver discovered that battery... More

Staying in this hotel because following my husband doing some work here. I think this hotel should not get 4 star if they don't improve the taste of the food and also lack of choice too. One thing that I really like with this hotel is it is not far from the shopping mall that I spent my time shopping... More

Its an old hotel and quite out dated in style. Get confused with the hotel signed since quite difficult to see from the main road. Near to Ipoh city council and Ipoh square. Next to greentown shops and lots of food stalls. The twin bed deluxe room quite good and clean. Some do complaint about the smell but my room... More
