The place was really nice recommend for holiday. Room was clean and comfortable. Price was cheap and worthy for stay. But the themepark quite expensive and will cost a lot for big family. However the hotspring was the best it really helps realise the stressed body.

I got the promotion price(around 50%) for the weekday stay which include 2 tickets to the hot pool at night. If I pay for the full price, I would say this is really expensive as some stuff is not included. Cleanliness - no complain on that. The room and bath room are all clean. The only complaint I had is... More

when talking about the cleanness of the room I would say it is good, the bathroom is also clean, the mattress was not very comfortable but the whole room is acceptable. the main problem was the service, we had to wait for along time to check in then we were told it's not possible to check in before 3:00 pm.... Found this to be convenient because when the family spent the whole day in the Theme Park, this was the hotel nearest to it. Clean, well maintained. Checking in and out took a long time. Some hotels allow customers to settle the check out paperwork prior to actually handing over the keycards but this hotel didn't allow it. So coming... More

the nearest hotel to lost world of tambun theme park. Service was ok. Good breakfast. Walking distance from hotel to theme park. Hotel is okay, clean and well maintaned. Quite far from Ipoh town but it is not a big problem if you have own transport. Easy to find the hotel from PLUS Highway Exit because had a signboard. Value... More

Booked Classical Room. Have free breakfast which was served at the Garden Terrace in Lost World of Tambun. Good breakfast. Service was ok. The hotel is near to the Lost World of Tambun. Quite far to go to Ipoh town if you don't have any transport. If you want to eat, there is a Papa Rich Cafe at the ground... More

We booked 3 Executive Suites at RM315nett each which was really a good deal I would say, coz the room is very spacious, like 2 in 1 room - as you walk into the room, you would see a 'living room' which has a sofa bed, a washroom, a separate sink next to a big fridge (compared to the standard... We took the exotic room during our stay, which is anything BUT exotic, with the room in an unimaginative shade of orange. It is actually pretty basic with a king sized bed (clean) with a safe you can use but no fridge. There is ONLY one power point for chargers etc, so be warned if you want to charge more... More
