Check in on 19 Aug for a night stay by y friend recommendation. Front office is good. Pleasant service during the checkin service shown by Receptionist. Hassle free. When transferring to room, I was surprised by the unevenness of the floor. Seems that the hotel management just cover the holes on the floor by carpet. So when walking can feel... More

The room that I stayed in (Room 1027) was so clean, spacious and the view is alright. The bed is comfy, quiet at night and the TV channel is just right. The check-in process was quick, greeted with a huge smile, felt really welcome. The next day, had breakfast at the cafe with minimal spread but no complaints. They have... More

Nothing much to say about this hotel. It's run of the mill, a 1 or 2 nights stay maximum. Stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment with 1 King Sized Bed and 2 Singles. Take note there are 2 bathrooms but they're connected, so keep the connecting door locked if you don't want to be surprised by your roommates! Rooms are... More

If you are looking for just a place to sleep, this place would be fine. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities but adequate, nothing posh. It's in the town centre so location wise, it is ok. Two room apartment will cater for family trips

I had originally booked a room but was informed that a room was unavailable. I was offered a "serviced apartment" at the same price of a room instead. The "apartment" was not an apartment at all but a rather large room with an attached bathroom, a kitchen sink (!), a large fridge, a flat screen TV and no other furniture!... More

Stayed for a night in the 2 bedrooms apartment which consists of 1 king bed and 1 single bed in each bedroom. I felt the layout of the room was a bit weird as the 1 single bedroom is located on the front of the unit and bathroom is with bathtub and a dressing table as well (equipped with a... More

I stayed almost 2 months in this Hotel. The rooms are ok for a few nights. But for long time stay its not comfortable. Very noisy rooms. ( I changed 4 times) The apartment type is not a real apartment, its just a bigger room with a sink and a big fridge. Internet is available but most of the time... More

Housekeeping service was poor. Room was only made up by 4 pm - 5 p.m and i had to call. The cups were not washed properly- still with stains and the stirrer was reused! My room door was jammed and fixed at 11.30 p.m! Staff was not well informed. Communication was also bad as the staff keep giving out wrong... More

During our visit to Ipoh we stayed in this hotel for 3 nights... The rooms were dirty, linen was smelly and there were cobwebs on all the walls... The only saving grace was the location . Which was quite close to restaurants and the night market .

Rooms are very specious. Hotel corridor is clean. They have a very good bar on the ground floor of the hotel. I feel location of the hotel is not very convenient. However There are good Indian restaurant nearby.
