We stayed at the Hyatt in a Superior Club room for 8 nights in Feb. It was all rather disappointing and not what we expected having visited many other 5 star hotels on the South Coast and KL. The room was ok sizewise but did have a weird smell (probably the air-conditioning) and the furniture was well used and tired.... more

This is the high rated hotel that are too complacent and doesn't deserve their ratings. The room was terribly lit and the air-condition in the room that we stayed cannot be controlled, made us freeze the entire night. Went to the Hyatt for a short week end and were quiet desappointed this time.
