“stay away!!top 10 of worst places I ever stayed and i traveled a lot”

what a horrible place. it looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are abominable and the serice very very bad. we stayed here out of nescessity. we were supposed to go to payung guesthouse because the 4 star hotels were full due to holiday weekend and they gave away our rooms even though I told them we would arrive... More

We have make a reservation to make family gath here thru Operation and Sales Manager one month before the event... 1 months after that when the committee visited the resort, they has been told the reservation has been cancelled without further notice.. it is very unresponsible action by this resort...
