“dirty & poor service - Don't Stay Here!”

This hotel is dirty and service is really bad ... the air cond was faulty ... complaints were made but not entertained ... discounts were promised to compensate for the inconvenience received yet they revoke the promise when we were checking out on Sunday... front desk was uncourteous and incompetent because he was rude and didn't know how to speak... More

HOTEL -free parking with 2 areas. in front of the hotel & at the back. -near excellent restaurant serving local foods (tomyam) -courier service centre,massage centre & 7 Eleven is walking distance. -10mins walking to Stadium Darul Makmur ROOM - cozy room with nice bed. -no bath tub. -the toilet kinda small due to low ceiling. -AC was great.
