During check in, we were served by a very pleasant staff, Adam. He was very polite and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean except for the torn bedsheet. Had to call them to come clean the room and even then it takes them hours. A member if staff called me and asked if I've made booking for dinner, I... More

Copthorne Hotel is a nice hotel which provides excellent services, and the staffs are friendly. I had pleasant 2-times stay at this hotel. The only concern is the hotel is a little run down already, especially in the bathroom where the bathtub and flooring should be maintained properly or replaced with new ones. Another concern is the speed of WiFi,... More

We checked in the hotel on the 1st until 3rd of April. We booked two superior rooms but upon check in, we asked for two deluxe room upgrade after a promise of better view room and better amenities with extra charges. But I felt conned as there were only very basic amenities provided, with not even face towels. Really cannot... More

Stayed for two nights. Hotel was just recently rebranded and refurbished. Rooms look modern and clean. Comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and very courteous. Food is good, good variety and well presented. Large selection of breakfast buffet items - breads, Chinese porridge, nasi lemak, roti canai, noodles, waffles/pancakes, juices, salads, etc. Ala carte food and desserts were also good. Try... More

The higher level rooms will provide you with excellent view, fresh air, misty background. Since Copthorne have taken over from Equatorial, I believe they have reburshed the rooms. Mindful of the heavy traffic from Brinchang to Tanah Rata during holiday seasons. It tooks us 3 hours to brave throguh a merely 2km stretch.

We booked into this hotel via online, there was no choice given, one room with breakfast or without breakfast. Upon check-in we realised it is an apartment instead of a room, we paid almost double for the apartment.. The apartment is spacious with old furniture. Maintenance is poor, we had to shower in a pool of water as the water... More

Booked a deluxe rooms for one night but upgraded for free to executive suite. The suite was very big and comfy. Separate living hall with sofa, 2 flat screen tv, mini bar, desk, bath tub, etc. Total of 3 balcony gave a very relaxing view. The bed also very comfortable and big. Reach there around 430 pm, and straight away... More

We decided to give this hotel a try after previously stayed at various other hotels and establishment within Cameron Highlands. Pros: 1. Location - smack right next to the KEA farm and other attractions. Might be a plus point for many visitors but we really didn't like how the road is always congested. 2. Facilities - the hotel has most... More
