Huge hotel with quite many rooms. Very clean and impressive. The rooms are clean and neat. The view from the balcony is very scenic as you can see tea plantations and straw berry farms. On some mornings you might be just among the clouds. The breakfast menu (continental menu) is quiet good just its spread across the entire room and... More

The hotel is rather tired. The lobby area and restaurants are fine, but rooms and the swimming pool- especially the changing room- could do with a renovation. The food is good and reasonably priced. The staff are very efficient and polite. The swimming pool is freezing! There are a couple of Chinese restaurants and an Italian (allegedly!) within a 2... More

We were supposed to check in at 2 pm but we were a bit late so we checked in around 4:00 but the room (2 bedrooms) was not ready yet !!!! so we had to wait (which I hate). so Imagine you are tired of the road and plus it was traffic because of Malaysia National holiday and then your... More

Good sized rooms which were clean, and comfortable beds are a plus, but the hotel is in real need of a renovation as the place looks very 'tired' to put it kindly. The staff I encountered were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet very good but the overwhelming memory is of scuffed surfaces and stained carpets.

The location of hotel at the height of the place. Nearby entrance of the village road to the famous Bharat tea plantation & Mossy forest. The view from hotel is one of the best. The food was good and nice silent environment for couples. i traveled on weekdays to avoid crowded. Not sure the environment on weekends.

Copthorne is one of the largest hotels in Cameron Highlands. It's average, not bad, but not brilliant. The unrenovated rooms, harking back two decades, were spacious, clean, and adequate. The windows did not slide well, neither did the fan work, ventilation could prove to be an issue. There is an ironing room on the same floor, made available to all... More

The key things that I look for in a hotel are: 1. Good strong shower water pressure 2. Comfortable bed with clean sheets 3. Reasonably good breakfast food and only recently.. 4. A good wireless connection The Copthorne hotel on Cameron Highlands delivers all three. We stayed for one night in August 2015 with my wife. We checked in on... More

Lovely staff! I thought they forgot about the Birthday cake, surprisingly they sent the cake to our room when we were out. So sweet of the staff! Thank you very much for this lovely service! Overall the room was nice, new & great view with cooling air! Memorable trip for me!

The hotel location is very nice as on top of Cameron Highlands. The building and furniture needs some uplift. Staff friendly and helpful. Good for families and value for money. If you are scared of flies and insects then better stay in hotel rooms as apartments are outside hotel building.
