Book two week in advance for their special package 18celcius with comes with free upgrade to deluxe room and late check out. I clearly stated that I need a double bed with clean room since I'm bringing my 3 year son. On the arrival date they charged my card at 2pm. So i called them to confirm the room availability.... I would love to say that this hotel offers a very very very cheap and affordable price. The room is really nice. The surrounding environment, the garden and landscape design is very beautiful. Plus, it is near to the butterfly farm and the restaurants. Whoever wanted to do any photoshoot during their visit at cameron highlands, copthorne hotel was designed... More

The hotel is good, rooms spacious, good facilities and nice breakfast buffet. The wifi works okay not too well in the rooms esp at night. The worst part was the location of the hotel. While it offered amazing views, there was absolutely no place for us to go eat! We had to get a taxi and go to Tanah Rata... More

If you're looking for a fully wall to wall carpeted room with a decorated sitting hall and glittering bathroom; or a grand shopping and exciting city tour; a clean Malaysian sandy beach, please DO NOT list this retreat in your holiday plans in Malaysia. BUT if you're looking like what we did last Oct.2012, for a holiday with cool fresh... More

We had booked two nights' stay at this hotel for our 3 day 2 night trip to Cameron highlands. I had booked the Deluxe renovated room. Upon arriving the hotel, I approached the reception and while checking in, I asked the receptionist, who appeared with a cold face, about whether I will be getting any privilege as I am a... More

We stayed at one of their newly refurbished superior rooms for two nights on the 11th floor. Room and bathroom was clean, no foul smells. Love their rain shower and quiet toilet flushing system. The noise level from outside the room from other guests and housekeeping staff were low unlike some hotels we have stayed at. There was some construction... More

My wife and two young children stayed in one of the apartments down the hill below the main building. It was fine, except that we were on the top floor which meant climbing a lot of stairs each time we returned. There was a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge and sink. However, there was no cutlery or crockery, so... More

Stayed for 2D1N . Booked Executive room . The room is spacious with nice green view . But the negative side , room furniture was really ageing . The room carpet and the sofa looks very dirty with a lot of stains . The hotel formerly known as Equatorial hotel and I hope for the new management , they should... More

room was spacious enough for 3 pax and the room look relatively clean. No bathtub in the washroom, just a standing shower. Agreed that the toiletries provided were bare. Staff were very helpful to provide additional towels, water etc. Front office was prompt during check-in and check-out. Wifi did not work. Overall the hotel looks a little old and ready... More

It was our 10th Anniversary-short getaway from our hectic lifestyle. We stayed here for 2 nights on 30th May 2014 at 5th Floors. Overall it was nice experience! We enjoyed sunrise from our balcony. An amazing experience everytime we woke up from sleep for 3 days in a row! SUNRISE..Loves it.. During Checkin & Checkout, we found out that the... More
