I checked-in on 18 June 2009 for 1 night stay @ room 819. The Hotel was quite and not so impressived and look run down. But I am surprised that the breakfast was impressive and so are the breakfast service staff. The Housekeeping respond time was also very good maybe becoz it was late evening. The amenities and room cleanliness... more

First and foremost , please accept our sincere apology . I do understand your concerns and pray that your daughter will have a speedy recovery. There is a need to be cautious and I do appreciate the severity of such matters. Henceforth, the room you stayed in has been taken out of operations and a thorough cleaning has been done....

Spend 3D/2N in the Senator Suite and the view from the room was breathtaking. Air was fresh and cooling. My kids don't even want to step out of the room. Do not have very high expectation on the interior decor. Even the suite were plainly decorated. I would advise people to get the hotel room instead of the apartments if... more

Our 3D/2N stay at the Equatorial Hotel, Cameron Highlands was simply hassle-free and great. Arrived earlier than the official check-in time of 3pm but hotel staff was very accommodating (hotel was pre-empted via the online reservation's special request and also it was the low-season) and allowed check-in into the Deluxe room located on the the 13th-floor (highest floor available). Decent... more

Spent a night at 120SGD. Room was OK but there is no toothbrush so I have to run around to buy one. Breakfast was terrible and expensive. Recommend to eat breakfast outside. Something wrong with my browser so I cannot set the rating for this hotel. more

This is my third stay at the hotel, and it is still probably one of the better places to stay at Cameron Higlands. After getting a persistent no rooms left answer from emails and interstate calls, I was finally able to book two Senate Suites online. The suites are large with a separate living room, but its decor is a... more

My Godmom invited me to join them to a 4D3N getaway to Cameron and I jumped at the opportunity. We decided to take a 3 room apartment so that that we all could spend more time together. We knew that Equatorial Cameron is quite rundown and we went there with little expectation. Little did we know, we weren't prepared at... more

In general Equatorial hotels have a very high standard and we would be happy to stay again but definitely not the Equatorial Cameron Highlands. We couldn’t believe it when we came to the Equatorial network hotel as the lobby looked like students/sports camping accommodation rather than an Equatorial group hotel. Although we booked directly with the hotel website our request... more

Stay at the Hotel from 14-17 Dec 2008 Actually Book a 2 Bedroom apartment but heard that there was a problem with the water supply at the apartment. We change to the Hotel wing instead, we had 2 Deluxe Room for my Family, that comes with Food & Beverage Voucher. The room was well kept. The VIEW was fantastic, we... more

Booked the 3-room apartment at this place based on my good impressions from the Melaka Equatorial a few years back. Big mistake... Paid RM750 a night for the whole apartment. The place from the outside was okay, maybe a little paint needed here and there and moss on the walls, but that's not unusual in the highlands. Entrance was not... more

Just returned from a 4D/3N stay at Equatorial Cameron Highlands. Choices for a high end hotel in CH is really limited (NONE !) . Had no choice but to go for Equatorial, despite some of the negative comments here. I booked online and think I got a decent package. As I was travelling with my family (2 Adults, 3 young... more
