Checked in to this hotel for two days on a business trip, thought I could enjoy a bit of relaxation while working. Unfortunately the hotel, like many others in Malaysia, is in desperate need of up-grading and sprucing up. Bedroom is huge, but all furniture is old and showing neglect. Lights not working, ceiling fan not working, toilet will not... More

Booked by Sec due to hotels down town fully booked. Check in ok staff friendly. Love the sea view with huge balcony to sit. Hygiene challenge. Bed n room reasonably clean. Big roaches come out from bathroom. ...Breakfast like the local "Kolo mee"

Travelling for 2 night there. Spacious room but old furniture inside. Cleanness of shower & bath tub required improvement. My room facing the sea. However, its far from town but shuttle is provided with fix schedule. There are no shop nearby. Service from reception is quite slow. Food is really delicious but very limited in term of choices. They do... More

Well, this hotel is quite nice if you ask me because its actually located from the outskirt of the town. You need to travel by car from town to the hotel which takes about 15-20 mins but no need to worry as the hotel actually provide transport for that following the pick up & drop off time table from the... The room was lovely, the cool slate floors and comfortable soft-ish bed, plentiful hot water and a large bathtub were a delight. However, I was placed in a room that was close to the entrance and I couldn't have the curtains open to let in the sunshine or the look at the view. The service was haphazard, the food in... More

Once upon a time, someone had a good idea to build a beach resort in the prime beach-front location at Batu Manikar. No tourists came, and it went through several changes of ownership to become “Palm Beach Resort with No Spa” (as there isn’t one, despite the name to the contrary!). I believe only the rooms which have a pool... More

Recently I was on a work trip to Labuan and stayed at this Hotel. The only reason I book this hotel was because the city hotels were all fully booked. It was a regret staying here. The room has unpleasant smell and very uncomfortable feeling. I arrive at the hotel at 10 PM. I couldn't stay in door. I called... More

Stayed here for three nights early December 2013 as I had some work to do in town. It is quite some distance away from town, perhaps double the distance from town to the airport. It is a quiet place, the room I had was huge, a bit 90s with a huge walk-in closet. A bit far off also means away... More

Recently I have been in this hotel. Air-con in room too loud, no available 110V adapters on front desk, the thinnest t-bone steak I ever seen. I will recommend it only if you will be in Labuan for one night. If you will go for vacation, better avoid it.

I stayed here for a Business trip as all hotels in Labuan town were full. Check-in was OK, albeit slow. Then to the room, which I shared with an assortment of cockroaches and mosquitos - not uncommon in Malaysia, but as this has been reported previously by many guests, I suggest that you need to be prepared for it. There... More
