I have stayed here many times on business. Previously a Sheraton run property and the infrastructure is solid. The rooms are large with dressing area and huge marbled bathroom. This is the only 4 star hotel available in Labuan, and it is conveniently located to the Labuan financial centre. Sadly, the glory days seems to be gone. The hotel has aged considerably. The hotel is huge and the interior is traditional. Our room and bathroom was very big and nice. Breakfast buffet was very good with fruits, cereals, bread, pastries, pancakes, and cooked local and international savory dishes. Staff was friendly and helpful. More
