One thing you have to remember when in Labuan is that it is not going to be your polished holiday destination. Tiara Hotel is an above average place for Labuan but in the grand scheme of things it is pretty ordinary. The other thing you need to remember is that the pace of life is slow in Labuan... don't expect... More

I stayed in this hotel and paid quite a bit. I don't paying for a good stay. However the rooms were run down. I wanted to order something form room service could not find a directory nor a room service menu. The phone wasn't working. Flushing system wasn't working. The chairs in the room were in bad condition. The bed... More

Nice leafy setting and a stones throw from the sea, but getting run down. Lots of leaks through the roofs of the walkways, even a leak into the one bar. The food is not great and there is little to nothing on the menu for vegetarians, which my partner is. Shuttles to and from town making getting to and from... More

This is the best looking hotel from the outside in my one week business travel in Sarawak. The hotel has own fenced compound with rooms overlooking the ocean across a coastal road. Rooms are large but rather old and somewhat run down with worn tiles, cracked wash basin and tired looking furniture. But the pool and garden are well maintained... More

My recent stay at Tiara Labuan was very pleasant, especially with its excellent location as well as ultra-comfortable bed and room. It faces the sea, thus you could even hear the waves at night when the roads are quiet. The staff were excellent, the food could have been better though during breakfast. Overall it was a very good stay, the... More

I stayed at Tiara last year and was so impressed that this year I came back with my brother. We had a delux room with twin beds for 5 nights. The room was large, the beds were very comfortable providing plenty of pillows and I noticed the airconditioner was new and quiet. The room has a view over the ocean... More

I was on business trip and stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It has two bedroom with separate toilets but sharing common areas. The suite is big and quite clean. However, outlook of the hotel looks a bit dated. Overall, it 's rated as ok.

My friends and I stayed there for two nights for a wedding reception. The price is quite reasonable (RM228 for two nights), for a room of a double bed & a single bed. Front staff were friendly. Great view outside the verandah; facing the seaside although it can be very warm during the day. Love the exterior of the hotel... More
