I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 3 years, usually on business hence a short stay. Overall, the hotel is nice, far from Labuan town. There is a beach in front of the hotel. Not really been to the beach due to my work. Buffet breakfast is okay. The rooms are quite big and spacious. You... More

We went there 3 years ago and I found this a very cozy hotel for a stay in Labuan. The staff were friendly and quite enjoyed the room. The price level was quite high. We went to Labuan mainly to buy duty-free items like chocolates abd alcohol.

The counter staff are friendly. But getting me registered was slow although a room was already booked in advance. The room was big with a king size and single bed with still sufficient space for a couch and a study table. So, it is good for those who want to stay long term. The free breakfast that comes with the... More

After we checked out from the Waterfront, we found this one - about 5 minutes drive from the Waterfront - 15 minutes walk to town centre. This is a good found, thanks to trip advisor reviews. Clean, and even more friendly staff. Free Wifi and free breakfast. We had a two bedroom suite with the swimming pool view. Both rooms... More

Stayed for 1 night on a short break in a 3 bedroom villa. Staff were friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. The seafood restaurant (Chinese style) food was very good and the lounge bar great for relaxing. The villa, on a complex next to the main hotel, was extremely large with great views over the golf course... More

It was a nice stayed eventhough it was just for 1 night. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The landscaped of the garden were also nice and calm swimming pool. But the room is getting a bit old, but well maintained and equiped.

We stayed at Tiara resort for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and had everything you need except a safe. The pool area is fabulous. I agree with other reviewers the military planes flying over were annoying at times but also great to watch. The location is not ideal as it is quite a walk... More

A very nice hotel with a delightful pool area. The only problem being that large military aircraft flew over very low every 5 minutes. I don't know if this is common or just bad timing. The room was large and comfortable with decent coffee plus fridge, but no safe. The step between the bathroom and main bedroom is potentially dangerous,... More

For those who visit Kota Kinabalu, Ferringhi Batu in Penang and other Malaysian Beach Resorts, this place is a quite different. This hotel is not a beach resort, but is above the highway that runs along the ocean, but not too close to beaches. It is quite close to the large and famopus WW II military cemetary, which is walking... More

I've just returned after another month at the Tiara and can categorically state 'never again'. We had a week without hot water and the staff didn't seem to care. The rooms are deteriorating on every visit with nothing being done to rectify the problems. The restaurant has poor quality product and in my case on my single visit took over... More
