One of the better hotels that I've been to. Staff are very helpful as usual in Labuan Level of service is very high although can be costly. “It's trying to be a good hotel”

The TV selection in the room is appalling. Half way through watching a program the screen just turn blank for about 30 seconds every few minutes. Dinner is good but the breakfast is very limited. “Nice hotel with good facilities”

“Good Business Hotel”

Went to this Hotel this month and seems to be a very popular hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean . Ideal for business trips. Food is excellent.. we do enjoy the wide spread of Breakfast. Do request for the freshly brew coffee / juices.. excellent choice. clearing of plates are slower. Overall good service and experience.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights , Smooth easy check in , Bags brought up to the room promptly and the room was spacious and tidy . Service at the hotel was exceptional and efficient, smiling faces everywhere! Highly recommend this hotel.
