We used to stay here every time we came to Labuan. This time had no difference. We booked, we checked in, all smooth and great service. However, when we entered the hotel (separated from the reception), you could smell smoke and you see dirty carpet. When we entered the room, the room smell even worse. Well, if you are a... More

I stay for one night. The front desk is really good service. Fast checkin n checkout. The view from this hotel is stunning. I got spacious room and garden view. They do provided iron, hair dryer and basic toilettries. In bathroom it got both shower and bath tab. This hotel.near to ujana kewangan/shopping mall. However, they need to improve the... More

I stayed at this hotel for one night. My room was large and comfortable. It had a nice large flat screen TV and ok cable service. I was very impressed with the service. From the moment I checked in through check out, everyone from the drivers, restaurant staff and other hotel staff were very friendly and eager to assist. The... More

I checked in with only one guest in front of me. The checked service was so slow and the 3 staff at the front desk showed no urgency. Took me 20 minutes to check in. It was a weekend of critical BPL football games and the Agusta Masters. Only one sports channel which was replaying yesteryear's games. Even the lounge... More

Located in front of Labuan Financial Park. The room is really spacious but with strong smell of Tobacco. Asked for a non smoking room but was told none left. The mattress is really rock hard but probably good for back ache. Only two pillows were provided in the room with no extras and two bath towels with no extras as... More

Been to this hotel couple of times for my business trip. Always my 1st choice of hotel in view of its price, service and room + plus view of the port. This hotel normally fully book, so make sure you make early reservation, at least 1 or 2weeks early. They have changed the name to Billion Pavilllion now. The room... More

Rooms are ok but getting tatty, I could overlook that. Rock hard mattresses, I could pass that as 'Asian' style. Sporadic internet, below average food and dirt on the restaurant floor, I could probably forgive that too. But having a crappy karaoke style band blasting out poor quality music until the early hours to an EMPTY BAR, what on earth... More

I stay here not because I choose to, but rather it was booked by the company so I simply just obliged and stay here for 4 nights. Even back in 2008, I did stayed here before. Fast forward to 5 years ahead, the condition of the hotel is still the same, nothing changed for better or worse. The hotel is... More

The rooms and pool are quite nice here but the food is terrible. Also the pool bar is very expensive compared to the other hotels in Labuan. It's across from the shopping mall which has most things you need. Eat at the Tiara hotel or at the fratinis Italian in town. The only to good places to eat in town.

Stayed here for 1 night. Room was OK; not luxurious but allows a good rest. My husband thought the bed was too hard but i could still sleep ok. TV was small and grainy and doesn't have too many channels. This is not at all a luxurious hotel but they have a great pool. Had dinner and breakfast at the... More
