The location was great for us as we were looking for a hotel close to the bus station. Next day we traveled to the Perhentians. The room was ok. The bed sheet had a blood spot, I wonder if the bed was cleaned. The towels had stains but they were washed I could smell that, fresh. We slept very well,... More

My family and I booked for 2 Nights stay at this Hotel. Simply booked for this hotel after reading reviews from others. We booked for Superior Rooms. Prior to our departure to Kota Bharu, I've spoken to the Manager of the hotel that we will need some frozen space to keep our Keropok Lekor which we bought from Terengganu (approx... More

pleasant reception with restaurant adjoining. Room walls were dirty and the bathroom needed the scum cleaned off the shower area. Needs net curtain on window as flats next door look straight in. Bed was clean and comfortable and towels clean – slept well. Breakfast was good and the meal we had was also good. central position – easy to walk... More

Wasn't sure what to expect at this hotel as it's a lot cheaper than most other hotels in the town. Was pleasantly surprised though. It was clean, in a good location and felt safe. Thought the hotel staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't amazing but wasn't too bad. Booked a taxi through the hotel and it was fine.... More

For the price I paid it is far better than the other budget hotel around the area. The hotel was situated in the middle of Kota bahru with internet facilities not found in budget hotel. The room that I booked came with breakfast which is barely adequate. There isn't really a choice either toast or the normal fried rice. The... More

My FIL made the booking via internet for my BIL's engagement. The hotel is owned by the Habib Group, a renowned jewellery company in Malaysia. The rooms had the basic needs, a comfy bed, an LCD tv, a functional toilet, coffee tea making amenities. But one thing it doesn't have is a fridge. I think seeing that we're in a country... More

There are many things good about this hotel. First, is its location. It is situated really in the middle of city center. You can virtually walk to many interesting places or shopping places. It is sorrounded with great restaurant and shopping malls to buy souvenirs. Secondly, the room is also nice, maybe because the fact that this hotel is still... More

No complaint. Been there for 3 nights and everything was as expected from a 3 star hotel. The receptionist was helpful, the room was clean, and the breakfast was great. Oh, forgot to mention, the location was also superb. If you are on a tight budget, this is a hotel that you should consider.

It is a working trip for me but my spouse and 2 children wants to follow for it is the school holidays. I requested for a hotel nearby Pasar Khatijah and my staff in Kota Bharu suggested Habib Hotel. I stayed from 21/12 - 23/12/2012 @ RM138 per night. The room was spacious with a big flat screen TV and... More
