We saw images before we booked so we were not disappointed. The rooms and furniture are tired but adequate, great aircon so constantly cool. Breakfast was not buffet style unless there were enough guests to make it worthwhile. Staff very friendly, English is limited but this does not prevent them from trying their utmost to help. Majority of guests are... More

The staff are very friendly and nice. But I'm not satisfied with the room. It was dark, and some of the lamp was not well functioning. For a room that less than RM 90, I think it worth the money. In future I hope the resort to be more concerned about this matter especially when its holiday season.

The Twin Peaks island resort in Kuah offers a very valuable stay in the city of Kuah. Room was clean though it is a bit dated. Beds were even better than what we have a hotels 4x the price of Twin Peaks. Hotel even offers a pool, but the cleanliness of the pool was not 100%, but hey they offer... More

The room was spacious. The buildings look old. The aircon was noisy, and old, disturbing sleep. The price was overrated, it cost around RM 90, and i could find a better hotel elsewhere. It was easy to find this place, as the sign board was huge, beside the road. It has a big pool..

I booked this hotel online and paid about $AUD32 per night which included breakfast. The breakfast wasn't to bad being Asian food but it filled me up.Staff were pleasant and friendly pools were ok! Room was fairly basic but for the price it was ok! I'd stay again if it was closer to town or night spots as one had... More

The room was not well cleaned. Bed sheets with dark black hand stains. Receptionist gave us the unfriendliest and almost rude service. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, totally not worth our time and money. Wont recommend! Stayed August 2012, traveled with family.

The place could have been cool if EVERYTHING is renovated. What can i expect from a very cheap hotel thou --- friendly staff, poor service, incomplete toiletries, terrible b-fast and no safety box in our room. We arrived at 12 midnight and left at around 9 am.... P.S. If you're into softdrinks, don't buy it from their bar coz they... More

Unfortunately my partner just noticed that this resort has bad records where 2 cases were happened on 2007 for khalwat. meaning to say this resort is not safe and no privacy, yet you can't trust the staff, also there is police book records... i and my family member stayed in the family room when we visited there..the chalet is quite nice and the room is quite big..one double and one single bed is provided..you have many spaces to allocate your stuff or sit in the big floor for playing cards..suitable for those who are a group or a family..
