Federal Villa is an average place to stay in for the price that they charge. All of its facilities are loacted over at the premise of Holiday Villa. Barely adequate but you get what you pay for. Dilapidated rooms and public areas. Suspicious smellig towels. Instant heater electric shower. Rotten doors. This hotel is pretty basic for the price. The location is nice in that it is a 15 minute walk away from the main strip and the beach is great with not as many people, but has little places still to buy food outside of it. Although it is still called Federal Villa in fact the running of it has been taken over by neighbouring Holiday Villa. The only real difference is that when you book a room through Federal Villa you are given a chalet in the hotel grounds, book through Holiday Villa and you get a room in the hotel itself.
