The real hotel for business traveler to rest, relax and rejuvenate. I was here for a short one night, satisfied stay. Modern contemporary and minimalist design catches my attention immediately when arriving at the lobby and entering superior king size room. Room layout was neat with LCD TV, kettle, hair dryer and overhead shower. Minimalist is best to describe the... More

Stayed one night on biz trip. Hotel is near Tesco and 7-eleven, which makes it convenience for your daily needs and meals. Restaurants are quite a few nearby plus food stalls within walking distance. Unfortunately the room designed is a bit uncommon. The wash basin is near the door and not in the bathroom! Rooms is quite cramp. Basic amenities... More

The rooms at the Leverage hotel are inexpensive, but the cheapest standard rooms claustrophobic boxes. Rooms are well-appointed, with quality beds and decent implements, working outlets, wide-screen TV, fashionable bathroom accessories, good wifi, and kept very clean, but the rooms are so tiny you can barely move, never mind that there is nowhere to put your things, hence everything gets... Pleasant. It was my 2nd time staying at the hotel- CTO suite. Check-in was a breeze (improved from my 1st time) and room was clean and comfortable. The suite is good value for money especially with the in-room jacuzzi. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. There's a frozen yogurt outlet nearby- quite a nice dessert. Will stay again.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and were quite impressed. There was a kettle and complimentary 'breakfast' included..........noodle cups and dried soup and tea and coffee. The room was small but clean. Parking available right outside hotel. Large Tesco just around the corner from hotel. Plenty of eating places around. It is a bit far to walk into town,... More

Room is small, simple and clear..just nice for couple..if you have baby, better get a bigger room.. The location of the hotel is easy to find, right beside Tesco and a straight drive from the Alor Setar south exit of PLUS highway.. Need improvement on their breakfast..

Stayed in room 224 from 17th Dec to 21st Dec, Nice comfy King sized bed, one chair, working air conditioning, NICE warm showers with rain shower head. Wifi connection without password is nice touch, except that the level wifi connection was buggy even though with a full strength. Managed to get connected to another level wifi with a good connection... More

Although the location is near with other facilities, but the service was very poor..starting from the receptionist who is not friendly, not even a smile, breakfast was out with the person in charge is more keen with his tab rather than customers.Receptionist hang your call before you finish talking because her handphone was ringing. If I were given a second option, I... More

The location of the hotel is easy to find, right beside tesco and a straight drive from the alor setar south exit of PLUS highway. There are a few malay food stall around the corner which served a good nasi goreng (aka fried rice). Other than that, it's at a quiet part of the town and nothing much. The receptionist... More

First of all, this is a business hotel, so does not have a swimming pool and drinking bar. Location is not at city area, but can go by car within 10 minutes. For those who have no car, it's difficult to manage to go anywhere easily. It was difficult to find the hotel by GPS, I recommend you to search... More
