Overall cleanliness is fine. Nothing fancy, they have small pool for children, nothing attractive in term of deco for the pool area. This hotel needs to improve on their customer service and attentiveness towards the customers. The reception area is quite bad in term of pleasing customers or even a smile to us.

We stay at the hotel due to never get a place in Sintok. The hotel is well managed and the room service was excellent and great. We did last minutes check in and they was very polite and handle it very fast. rooom was great.

The hotel is easily visible even from far distance due to its height and characteristic shape. Inner is less impressive. Especially parking which is dirty and smelly. The hotel is located smack in the centre of town, diagonally across the Railway Station and within walking distance of most other amenities. I would consider it much value for money. Clean hotel. Located within city center with easy access to fast food restaurant, 24 hours store and local restaurant. Not enough car park at basement but many available around the hotel. Breakfast was a little bit below par i.e. not many varieties available to choose, not enough staff to clean the table. Overall..it is a good hotel.

I had stay here on Novembeer 2012, The location is very strategic and walking distance to Pekan Rabu (around 3-5 minute) Very Helpful staff.... Value for money. Good breakfast, and suitable for all age. But limited parking spaces... and the parking space is a bit dirty
