We checked in to this hotel because other budget hotels in Alor Setar was full. The hotel is located not far from Alor Setar Selatan tol exit. The room was okay if not of the cigarette smell despite they changed us to another room. Cleanliness was aceptable but very small room compared to ARSC Hotel. Would definitely prefer ARSC than... My room was on the third floor. No lift service. It was a bit painful for my wife to climb the stairs. I choose to stay here just because its near to the house I am visiting the next day. The room is clean and so do the bathroom. Very suitable if you're looking for a room to sleep but... More

Negative sides: 1.The blanket is dirty with red/yellow spots (attached photos) which is really disgusting. 2.Out of 3 towels, only one towel is clean and white. 3.The sound proof is not so good as you can hear people shouting outside. 4.The curtain is not long enough to block the light. Sleeping near the window will be a problem as it... More

Actually converted shop or industrial lots. Staff were not friendly but were not rude. The different type of rooms were distributed over several lots around the same block. Quiet, convenient but no dedicated parking lots.

We stayed at this hotel since we needed to catch an early ferry to Langkawi. NIce surprise.. The hotel is converted shop-houses. The interior of the hotel is very pleasant: New and clean, adequately spacious.. Would recommended for a short stay. It is also close to one of the shopping malls (I think it is the only shopping mall in... More

Room is clean. Plenty of parking space outside the building. Free filtered drinking water, hot and cold, so one don't have to buy or boiling own water. Iron and iron board available at common area. Nearby to Alor Star Mall for easy groceries and food. Wifi at lobby area only. Cons - Price suddenly increased to "peak hour price" when... More
