Overnight stop before heading to Tioman island. Basic room with a/c and tv. Smelly bed. Kind of feel like staying in old block hostel! Breakfast sucks. The reception lady gave wrong info on ferry schedule and end it our half day wasted waiting for boat!

Overnight stop, place is in need of a huge maintenance job. Paint, plumbing, fittings, carpets etc, haven't seen any work done on them for years. Staff friendly, breakfast simple, coffee dishwater, They could do a lot better. Forgot to mention the dilapidated spring mattress, pillow end sloped downhill and was uncomfortable.

Stayed at this hotel whenever we have our stop overs at Mersing. Rooms definitely require some improvements. Breakfast can do better. Staffs are helpful though. Will try other accommodations meantime.

Yes, the room was smelly and the so called family room should have been labelled 'Room With-another-bed-squeezed-inside' instead.
