Was everything we needed for a nights stopover. The rooms have a tv with HBO movies playing one after the other. Which helped with our boredom. Wifi was free (often cut out, make sure you stay on level 1 or 2). Working air con and comfortable bed. Overall the room was very spacious and worth it.

I got dropped off by the bus on the street in the middle of the night in the rain. They were right next to the bus stop, so I decided to get out of the rain. MR 55 not bad. Large room, Movie channels and hot water. In addition, walking distance to Jetty. The staff was friendly, no internet in... More

The hotel is near the bus station, on the other side of the big roundabout. We just walked in (no advance booking). We could also easily walk in about 10 minutes to the ferry early morning (suitcase with wheels). There is a grocery store across the street and a restaurant next to it. The hotel is old, including all the... More

The main issue for a single traveller is that they dont have single rroms so yoi end up paying double as in so many other places. Also booking through Agoda is more expensive, dont make the same mistake. So my impression was it was too expensive for what I got. Wifi didnt work and there was no will to try... More

Centrally located at Mersing downtown. As our public bus arrived midnight, it is easy to find and reached the hotel, only 5 minute walking distance from Mersing bus terminal. Super duper fast check in-out The reception desk already closed, however a friendly uncle outside the hotel door welcoming us with the fact that our room key is well prepared before... More

for over two years I am now traveling around the world by bicycle and I have seen many guesthouses, hostels and hotels. this hotel is in the middle of the heart of Mersing. friendly staff, clean rooms, enough space. TV channels are a little bit poor, but free wifi. many possibilities to get some food around.

We booked in advance with Agoda and that was a mistake. When we arrived it was difficult to communicate and the receptionist didn't really understand we'd prepaid.. So we found out that our £15/night room had a walk in value of MYR55 - just over £10 - so a third cheaper. The place has heaps of rooms and there are... More

Stayed overnight here while waiting for the tide to be right at Mersing jetty. Very very basic hotel for resting, I feel it’s more like a lodge than an hotel. Good: Cheap Water cooler available Aircon (need to find out how to turn on though) Fan Hot shower Walking distance from Mersing Jetty Not so good: Noisy road Noisy bed... More

This place was a good budget option - we were there for two nights before getting the ferry to Tioman. One night would have been enough but we had trouble finding accom on Tioman (school holidays peak season). The room was big, good aircon, wifi was ok (sporadic), but it is not the finest place in the world - manage... More
