this hotel located remote from the town. The sign board is not prominent and had difficuty to loacate it via GPRS. The reception is very polite and patience however, the guest is still many for 2-3 rececptionist to handle. they have to answer phone. check out customer. Normal check up require at least 30 minutes to be done. The management... More

awesome environment and grounds, good size rooms, exceptional pool areas, 2 golf courses but overall tired. there was huge group of us and some checked out immediately complaining about smelly rooms and small beds. breakfast was average and room service not great. the restaurants were fine and the buffet nights were good value. internet is a disaster in the rooms... My husband wanted a short getaway and he thought of trying a 3D2N stay at Pulai Springs. It was lucky that we drove to the resort as it is far away from the city centre. One of the biggest plus points is the sense of security. Even though the resort is rather secluded, we felt safe as there were security... More

looking for a valued relaxed trip over the weekend with the family near to S'pore. Not much excitement or activities, but just to relax and drive around Skudai area for makan or shop at Jusco Giant etc. Small things like door knob not working, floor slightly dirty, but overall still acceptable.

I just hosted a week-long conference for 300 people at Pulai Springs resort and it was a wonderful experience. Working with the hotel staff was a delight! I really didn't encounter a single employee who didn't seem to be happy to work at Pulai Springs, nor did I encounter anyone whose instinct was to deny any request we made. They... More

We recently had a conference for almost 300 people at this resort. The staff at the resort went out of their way to help our people. We were impressed with the front desk staff and their friendliness and care for our group. The families loved the pools and how comfortable the rooms were for families. Thank you to the staff... We stayed at the Desaru Beach resort and then the Pulai Springs Golf and Spa Resort as they are sister-resorts and cater to slightly different needs and wants. This Golf and Spa resort is simply superb, the 36-holes of golf are in very, very good shape and Alfred the course manager (and previous winner of Asian tournaments) was extremely friendy,... More

I wasn't expecting much as I just wanted a decent hotel in Skudai, where I had work, and if you do a search in Skudai hotels, you'll find mostly shabby looking inns so this I thought was a godsend. The landscape is certainly pretty, as a resort should be, but that's where my positive impression of it ended. The room... More
