Stayed here for the day on team building...the villas are huge and very very clean. The glof course is great..the best part is the lobby which gives a kampung resort feel...great food as well...will come back again..

The hotel looks nice from pictures and outside. However, the room is dusty and furniture a are old. The toilet is broken, water pressure is very low. Wifi is very slow in the room. Housekeeping is slow and charges for everything. Swimming pool looks dirty and there are mosquitos everywhere. A very sad and run down place.

Our family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite at Cinta Ayu All Suites for 1 night. We booked through Bookings.com and paid AUD $165 including breakfast - which is expensive by Australian standards - so we were expecting a nice suite. The suite was a bit 'tired' but comfortable. It had a large kitchenette but the only crockery... More

The golf course that overlooks the resort is inviting.. You'd even be willing to close an eye on the moss covered water features. When I arrived at my room, I was surprised to see that the bathroom had no toothbrushes.. I called housekeeping and was told that it is upon request. A sewing kit, shower cap and vanity kit was... I went to this resort for my church camp retreat. The first time I heard of this hotel was several years ago, when the refurbishment was just done and everything was brand new. Now, staying in the newer wing, I find that the state of the facilities is not good. I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment overlooking the swimming pool.... More

Great place for family getaway as it is a short drive from Singapore and away from the busy JB area. Location is not hard to find. Booked a two room apartment and was given three rooms upon check in. Check in was fast (5minutes) as I reached there at 4pm after the trip to little big club. The room is... More

I m writing this from pulai springs resort itself in a studio suite Good points - huge room, huge bathroom, nice courtyard outside, huge living room and kitchen. Polite staff. Spacious grounds. Nice swimming pool. Comfy bed. Good price for rm 200/night incl breakfast. Need improvement - many light bulbs in the room don't work. Bedside lamp does not have... More
