Being staybreakfasthere for a night. Wonderful hotel except for its not so attractive location but free shuttle bus service is available from City Square. Room was nice and clean. The gym was well maintained with sufficient gym equipment to work out. The swimming pool was of reasonable size and well maintained too. The breakfast was good too with a variety... More

Been here for a 2 night stay. The furnishings havent changed much. But was given a free upgrade to an Executive Suite. Maybe they had extra rooms. Or because their checkin process was a bit slow. The morning buffet was quite localised. normal spread. Parking was a little haphazard. Cramped. Nevetheless quite value for money.

stayed in this hotel twice. spacious room with old furnitures. even though the room is old, the rooms are still comfortable to stay in. breakfast was nice with reasonable choices for the price. there is a construction across the hotel which is working 24 hours. it is very noisy at night, distracting and irritating. during my last stay, had a... Stayed for a night. Booked an executive suite. Very big room with simple but beautiful deco. It is clean & nice feeling. Overall i think it is a nice hotel to stay in. Could be better if they do not charge for extra towels & suoply iron & ironing board in each room. This is because we had to go... More

The room we booked for Christmas eve night was the executive room. When we arrived, the receptionist upgraded us for free to the premier executive room. We were very pleasantly surprised. The room when we entered washers spacious and had very clean rooms like the living room, the kitchen and lastly the toilets. The rooms also had a great window... More

For the price of the hotel I would say very affordable and value for money. I got a free upgrade from Superior Studio to Executive, very nice of them. The Executive room is huge! Hotel is located nearby the Johor heritage walk (Jalan Tan Hiok Nee) and City Square/JBCC not too far away(they also offer shuttle services there). Overall enjoyed... More

Went to bluewave a couple of times for my business trips in johor bahru. A client intro me to their spa at level 5 and I must say it is one of the best experience I had in Malaysia. The masseur there are a pretty sight and they provide day packages that keeps you occupied. There is a TV room,... More

It was a very unpleasant stay. The front desk told us we were upgraded and we found 2 single beds instead of the family bed we paid for. booked a suite to be able to cook me own food, after checking in was told that kitchen cutlery and equipment must be rented . Rooms outdated , breakfast poor and unattractive.
